Having hired various sports cars around the Geneva area in the past, it was refreshing to work with the chaps at Europe Luxury Car Hire. The car (a Porsche 911 GT3) was very well prepared and didn't feel 'tired' in the way many hire cars can. Great service and I've got no hesitation in recommending them.

I'm not one to leave reviews but I would highly recommend this company after dealing with them recently.

We got very good and flexible service, but cabrio Audi A5 was slightly old and with minimal basic functuons and equipment.

I used Europe Luxury Car Hire to rent several vehicles for my friends and I throughout our travels in Europe. The cars were in excellent condition, and the staff was extremely attentive to all of my needs. They would respond to all of my calls and all of my emails without hesitation or delay and were quick to provide me information on what cars I requested. They offered alternatives and suggestions to make our time in Europe very memorable. It`s a summary of luxury cars that are available for rent in multiple Countries even from different direct service providers. It`s very convenient to be able speaking to support in Enlish, but there is one problem: you will have to sign a rental agreement in the native language.
Overall 5+ in case you are first time in a new Country.
They are ready to provide a vehicle for A>B routes through the Country or even a few.

I booked my car in Spain and everything about my experience was exemplary. I loved the DB9, but it was cramped for 4 people :-) My fault there... Hehe.

I rented a GL350 for a family ski holiday to be delivered and dropped off in Generva airport. Despite the fact i had been warned that due to weather conditions and traffic I may have to wait a maximum of 1 hour in the airport (which i was prepared for), i didnt expect to have to wait more than 2.5 hours with 2 tired from the trip young children.
As the car was fantastic, i trully enjoyed it while i had it and almost forgot about the bad start.
Nothing could prepare me though for the drop off experience nightmare. Having confirmed with the company that I was to dropoff the car at 5 am to catch a 7am flight, i arrived earlier in the same area that we had picked the car from (as you dont have the ability to drop off the car in the car rental return area like everyone else). Nobody was there and i had no contact details of the driver, however the company had my mobile and nobody called. I waited until the police asked me to move the car and then parked it inside the short stay car park. I then checked in for the flight and left my wife and half asleep children alone to fugure out where i would drop the car keys to (airport information did not accept the responsibility). I have therefore spoken with the valet car parking people, i left the car with them and asked them to not give the keys to anyone until i can confirm that it was the authorized driver, I called the company office number which naturally sent me to voicemail and until 7:00 am that i had the phone switched on, i received no call back or email from the company. Finally, upon my arrival home, i got a call that not only didnt even contain an apology, but claimed that the driver was there since 4.30 am which is a huge lie. (Please note that if it was the same driver that delivered the car, the only way to talk to him if you only speak Greek, English, French and Spanish is using sign language)

Fantastic service all around, no problems to find upon arrival airport, car as expected, paperwork taken care of quickly, and just as easy upon return. Gentlemen who took care of us both on arrival and departure very friendly and courteous. Will use again!

I hired a Bentley GTC and a Ferrari 458 Spyder for a few days immediately prior to the Monte Carlo Grand Prix for myself and a friend and our wives to enjoy cruising on the French Riviera. Everything was exactly as advertised and couldn't be happier with the outcome. Will definitely use again without hesitation

I travel a lot and always used a standard airport company but they never really do high end cars for business trips and I never got the car I ordered plus having to queue and wait is not very vip, I phoned Europe Luxury Car Hire and I got every thing i asked for and more, even a preprogrammed gps for my hotel. Top luxury service, top cars.
