I have payed for a reservation for a car that i canceled afterwards and thus waiting for a refund.
Customer support wont answer whatsapp and email, i hope they do and i change this review

Scam. I paid the full amount upfront, they took a deposit of 9,500 Euros. I rented in May now it's July, they still did not refund the deposit. Sent them no less than 28 emails with no solution.

They pressured me to take a photo of the back of my credit card, thank god I didn't approve or else they would have withdrawn money as much as they wanted.

Rent a car from a trusted dealer. Not some online scam.

My husband has been waiting to spend a few days driving a Ferrari in Spain since we had to postpone in 2020. I couldn’t have asked for better service from the entire team. The car was great and was everything we hoped for. I can highly recommend.

They rented and delivered a Ferrari Portofino in Rome with the air conditioner (AC) not working!!
I can’t express enough how frustrated I am. Not only for the emotional aspect where driving a Ferrari in Italy for my 40th birthday was something I had planned for months, but also due to the monetary loss where I had to find a last minute solution and rent another car at the airport incurring high rental costs and transportation costs to get to the rental agency.
What makes this whole situation worse is that they knew and admitted to me they knew the AC in the car wasn’t working properly before they delivered it to me.
This is extremely unprofessional from the company - where it was known the car had a fault and was delivered to me anyways.
And since this is high season I wasn’t able to find any similar car and ended up having to pay rental for an average car at extremely high last minute rates.
I just wanted to reiterate my frustration, and it’s been a long time I have seen such poor service from a company.

The prices are biting, but what can you do... for this service and this selection you can pay what they're asking

My husband and I took a vacation to Zermatt and Milan this year to celebrate his 50th Birthday. What he didn't know, was that I rented a 2016 Ferrari 458 GTB for two days while in Italy. You should have seen the look on his face. The team I worked with made it super easy to arrange the surprise...delivered the car right to our hotel and was extremely responsive leading up to the big day. Hoping for another opportunity to do this again. What a great way to see Italy.

Just returned from a trip to Nice where I hired the new Ferrari California Turbo through this company. A great experience from start to finish - the car was in fantastic condition when I picked it up and they were also able to accommodate some extra requests at the last minute without any problem. I would have no hesitation in recommending them and will definitely be using them again in the future.

We recently rented a car in Spain, and there are two comments we would like to share. The trunk release was not working, and we contacted the rental agency but they weren't able to provide any real assistance with the problem, so in the end we had to live with it. The other thing to note was that not all the staff spoke English, so in some cases communication was a challenge.

Fantastic service. Delivered the car to my hotel sharp. The new Ferrari 488GTB. 1800km. New car! They collected the car from the airport as scheduled. Pilite, professional and always willing to do the extra mile. Security deposit was released within 3 days as promised.

Car which I got was horrible, I called on pick up and they promised to look for another, but I did not got the answer. 1st of all it was old car 2009 year in very bad condition. Can see in attached pictures also it had problems with breaks, with steering wheel and with engine. I needed it to take my boss to a conference. With such car I could not as it was not prestigious enough and at all all was broken. I had to stop with it every 10 minutes and extinguish engine and start over again, because engine was starting not to work. So in all this car was useless for me and I did not get an answer from them for all weekend. More over I found that car in local companies website there it costs € 1000 for 3 days and they took from me € 2400 and on their website was showed new model and they gave me the old one without any notice. So in all I paid my money and got just problems from them. Because of this I am loosing my job and my reputation.No refund and not even apology from them...

I hired an Audi R8 convertible in Munich With Europe Luxury Car Hire. Although my flight was late for three and a half (!) hour followed by a huge queue in customs (???) which delayed things even further... all these problems were forgotten when I saw the kind smile of the driver from Europe Luxury Car Hire presenting me with a spectacular R8. I recommend these guys if you need a reliable luxury rental service in Germany.

It's always easy to use the standard companies for car hire, however, due to work requirements I've needed to hire a specific luxury vehicle.
Europe Luxury Car hire delivered the exact vehicle to the right place at the right time.
No messing about and more like using a concierge thank a hire car company where scale can sometimes reduce quality, attention to detail or care.

I was delivered the wrong car on the wrong date and without the Sat Nav I requested and was promised
When the hire company turned up I saw that this Companies commission fee was higher than the total 4 day rental cost

I book my car hire over the phone and internet from the states and a little nervous about how thing would play out once we arrived in Scotland, I didn't need to worry, everything went exactly as they said it would.
