a very good experience. the relation costs/performance is very good. don´t have to spend time on a rental-car counter. perfect support from the office-side.

it was our first time with europe luxury car hire and if the second time is the same they will get the fifth star from my side.

We were grateful to find a service that provided luxury car services on short notice. However, the car was not a luxury car. The vehicle, a Mercedes E class, arrived clean but with multiple scratches and dents. The seats were manually adjustable and cloth rather than leather. The features were basic. It seemed to be a bottom of the line E class, with the exception of a navigation feature. The vehicle lacked basic luxury vehicles such as tinted windows or dual climate control.

The service was very accommodating. The business arranged for a convenient pickup and drop off.

Overall very good service from the booking to return. Car was clean and in good condition. Only improvement would be the pick-up at the airport when we arrived. Expected Simone with a sign waiting in the arrival hall, but had to make a few calls and wait awhile until we met the deliver person. Return at the hotel was smooth as was the return of the deposit. Happy to use the service again.

Europe Luxury Car Hire were professional from the start, I received an email within five minutes of requesting a quote for a specific vehicle and it was very competitively priced.
They continued to impress by going above and beyond when my Boss was 'charged' for not having an International Licence, Europe Luxury Car Hire settled everything with the Police Department and responded to all my panicked mails in a very timely manner.
I cannot recommend them enough.

The experience was amazing.
I drove a Ferrari 458 Italia spider for one day during my holiday in Monaco and was unforgettable. Delivery service was very good, in time, and the agent told me everything I need about the car (driving advertisement, items and facts's car, several drive function, how to start up for example). I normally only deal with the luxury collections from the two 'major' car rental companies. However, there are always issues with them; mostly car type substitutions.
This was the first time I engaged Europe Luxury Car Hire and there were no issues of any kind. The car was in perfect condition; the service impeccable... I had no complaints.
Picking the car up in one city and dropping it off in another was "no problem at all."
I will now be using Europe Luxury Car Hire exclusively for my travels in Europe. And, I would like to thank them for relieving me from the almost certain disappointment when I use the 'major' car rental companies.

Communication went well, but I had the car delivered and I got charged extra for that without getting notice about it before hand.
I ordered a Ferrari 458 italia, but got a Ferrari 458 Spider, so everything was not perfect. For the money I payed I expected everything to be as I ordered. I wrote to the company about this things after the rental, but I have not recieved any answer. Also the car was delivered over one hour to late. Besides this problems everything was ok.
I will use europe luxury car rental later, but then I will ask for everything to be precise.

This was my first experience renting a car from the Europe Luxury Car Hire and I was positivelly surprised with their great level of service and very well cared car that they provided to me.
I strongly recommend this company.

I rent a range rover sport from this company last month. Everything was perfect, delivered on time, car in very good condition it was like new. I am very happy with the service I got from this company.

The car was fantastic, a 2014 model Range Rover Sport. I think maybe I was one of first people to hire it as it only had a few kilometres on it. Service was great. I spoke to Billy to arrange everything and he was very helpful, he even suggested places for us to visit while we were there. I wanted the car delivered to me at the airport in Geneva and collected from my hotel in Montreux and it was not a problem to do that. Very happy with everything overall.

Last minute top service!
I had to get to Geneva by Wednesday noon and could not find a flight. The only flight I had found was to Zurich.
I called these guys on Tuesday morning to see if they can help.

They met me at the airport 6:45 am and took me to the car (brand new white range rover sport) the address in Geneva was already in the GPS and I was off in 6 mins!

Dropped the car in Geneva airport of Friday afternoon. Flowless!

My family and I rented a car for 7 days mid September this year. Initially emails were exchanged and we were promised a Posche Ceyanne.

The security deposit i was told in the emails was £1000. However upon my confirmation, £3000 (on top of £1960 for my rental cost) was charged to my credit card with no notice until I called the company.

Upon arrival at heathrow airport, we were brought to the car park to collect the car and it was a BMW X5 instead of the agreed Ceyanne. When we told the delivery personnel we paid for a Ceyenne and not an X5, he kept stressing that he only does the delievery and there's nothing else he can/will do. We called the head office instead. The incident was temporarily concluded as the head office staff asked us to use the X5 for a day while he checked the error and that he would get back to us first thing the next day.

We didn't hear from him until about 11am when I called him up again to ask about the Ceyanne. The reply we got was that there were no available Ceyannes from Europe Luxury Car Hire despite me paying upfront for a Ceyanne a week before my collection. I don't think it is responsible of the company to accept my payment but do not hold on to their side of the trade and rent me the car I paid for.

I was also told to accept the car as there is nothing they can do. However, rental price for X5 and Ceyanne for many companies are not equivilent but Europe Luxury Car Hire would not lower the rental cost. It was only after I insisted that some money was refunded. The amount refunded was £348 for the seven days.

Having said this, I appreciate that the correspondents had been very polite. I talked most to Nathan Reay and he had been patient with our problems.

I am just very unhappy with the way the company handled my hire as I felt it had been unfair to me as a consumer.

It's the second time we are using the services of Europe Luxury Car Hire. As in the first time, the service level of this company is fantastic, and the team went all the way to accommodate our needs. The car was brought to us directly to our hotel in the exact hour we scheduled. The Range Rover was outstanding and we all enjoyed it a lot through our visit to Zurich. Thanks for everything.

I had found luxury car rental through my american express concierge and decided to use them in Milan for a car rental to lake como. The process over the phone was relatively easy. However the car did not arrive with the allocated baby seat which i had confirmed with the company 4 times. Luxury car rental is a company that subcontacts rentals to local car companies. The italian car rental company then returned with appropriate baby seat. They were delightful, but made me sign their documents which showed the actual rental and insurance was 2/3 of the price quoted to me. Infact luxury car rental was taking 640 Euro for 2 days rental on top of what the rental company was. Clearly i shouldn't be paying a huge markup for a middle man, especially since the most important factor of car seat was not delivered initially. Some of this may be due to language barriers in italy, but again the problem should not arise when you are paying huge mark ups. I then tried to ring the car company to discuss the huge discrepancy. On 3 separate occasions and was told i had to wait for the finance people. They never rang me back. I wanted to also rent a Ferrari FF for which they quoted me 100% more than some of the local companies. Avoid this company as they overcharge.

By the end of August, my CEO asked me to organize a super car tour in the south of France for the senior management (12 people) early September. Very short notice.. I called 5 different companies including Europeluxurycarhire.com. 2 of them were unable to provide the service because of short notice. One of them sounded very suspicious and unprofessional asking for credit card details before even sending the information. One of them was ridiculously expensive...
These guys were a bit more expensive than we thought it would be, but worth every penny!

They sourced the following cars for us: Aston martin DB9, Lambo Hurcan, Porsche 911 GTS4, Ferrari 458, Ferrari FF and Maserati grancabrio. All were in perfect condition!

I would not hesitate to recommend this company!

Thanks for a great driving experience and for an attending and flexible service. I had to change my flight to Geneve Airport last minute and arrived 5 hours earlier than originally planned. On the phone, Laura was fantastic and arranged the car to wait for me when arriving. The Mercedes GL SUV was stunning. Thanks very much.

We booked a Ferrari 458 Italia through this company. Although it was short notice they said they could deliver. Sent them payment info and they even billed me. I woke up the next day to an email saying "Sorry can't get you the car". If you need a car I wouldn't depend on these guys.

The car was incredible, and the service was perfect - on time, professional and very careful. When I decided to show Amalfi Cost to my husband, it had to been incredible and unforgetable. Just with a luxury cabriolet it was possible. I am sure that we will request for your services on our next holidays in Europe. Many thanks for everything.

The condition of the car can be better ,the Panamera overall condition is good, but the wiper blade was old and not cleaning the windshield properly.
