Service onbereikbaar, geld niet terug

Snelle levering. Ik dacht eindelijk een modest merk met een mooie classy stijl te hebben gevonden, het zou mijn vaste winkel worden… totdat ik wat items op eigen kosten heb geretourneerd in september 2024. Heb het bedrag nog steeds niet ontvangen (€87,88) en ik krijg een melding dat hun emailadres die op hun website staat en ze hier meermaals delen niet in gebruik is.

Just the worst

Just the worst. Return policy doesn’t allow to send back package till the company hasn’t emailed you back…. which they never did.
The quality doesn’t match the prices.

Je ne mets aucune étoile!

Je mets une étoile parce que c'est obligé mais je n'en mettrais aucune! Déplorable de la livraison à la réception. Colis envoyé sans facture donc bloqué à la douane pendant des semaines, livraison en point relais et non à l'adresse indiquée. Articles reçus non conformes : veste avec plein de taches, des accrocs, un autre totalement différent du site (couleur et matière différentes). Le service client qui répond que les couleurs sont différentes à cause de la lumière... bref retour à ma charge alors qu'il s'agit de leur erreur. A FUIR

According to my experience I didn’t…

According to my experience I didn’t receive any response to my return request i place the request 29/12/2024, they told my they have some problem with the shipping Company and I can keep the items, and they will refund me the money but still until today 10/feb/2025 i didn’t receive any money and they give me the same response every week they have technical issues and will send the money this week .

I won't ever be shopping from here…

I won't ever be shopping from here again. Purchased Christmas presents on 13th Dec 2024 and they didn't arrive until Jan 13th 2025, a month later.
One item I kept but the other was incredibly poor quality. Expected to cover the cost of the returned item myself. Very unhappy customer.

Du Shein à 200eur

J'ai commandé un trench, d'une valeur de presque 200 balles de la marque sur Zalando. Une fois le trench reçu, je suis horrifiée : la couleur grisâtre au lieu du beige annoncé, horribles finitions, matière de piètre qualité, tout froissé... La qualité du trench faisait pensé qu'il venait tout droit de Shein !!! Même pas une doublure à l'intérieur pour cacher les poches ou les coutures mal faites. Cerise sur le gâteau : à l'intérieur d'une des poches se trouvait un ticket de caisse du magasin Foot Locker au Pays-Bas datant de Novembre 2024.. Article neuf ? Ou la marque s'amuse à porter ses vêtements avant de les vendre ? Pour le prix la qualité est SCANDALEUSE + le ticket dans la poche me fait douter sur la réelle provenance des vêtements... Bref à fuir <3
