I ordered a blazer and skirt set from Touchprive, but my package arrived incomplete, containing only the blazer. I contacted them about the issue, and they promised to resolve it. However, their solution was to refund the cost of the item, which was not enough to repurchase the same set. When I expressed my desire to receive the full set, they offered to let me keep the blazer and provided a 15% discount. This resolution was unfair, as the incomplete delivery was entirely their fault. For this reason, I am giving 2 stars.

Tracking info not clear

I placed two seperate orders. The latter I already received, witch I am very happy about. The skirt is exactly as shown and has a good quality. However My first order from 6 weeks ago I still didnt receive. And the trackinginformation I don't quite understand. Therefore 3 stars

Unique clothes

Unique clothes, fast delivery :) I have ordered now several times without any problems. The items are always shipped fast. I like the clothing, because all items have their unique touch. Always get lots of compliments when wearing them. Thank you!

What everyone says is right

This was so bad. I am so disappointed. Clothes came dirty and not packed right so everything is wrinkled. The clothes look like they have been worn and they’re dirty???!? And I also waited 3 weeks for it to come. Do not order, I repeat do not order! And now I have to wait for my refund…

No help from customer service

My package went in return (one day too early) automatically because I was on vacation and could not pick it up earlier. I still have to pay for the whole package and it is now stuck somewhere in Germany. I contacted customer service and after emailing me saying that I had recieved the package they stopped answering my emails - even though I sent them the tracking number that showed where the package is. I understand I should pay for shipping, but I don't want to pay for products that I haven't received.

Al weken bezig om mijn bestelling überhaupt te ontvangen. Na 1 maand mijn bestelling ontvangen. Achteraf na 1 dag precies alles weer geretourneerd, hele slecht kwaliteit zeker niet zoals op de foto. Bezorgkosten etc. zelf betaald. Sinds 18-09 hebben ze het geretourneerde pakket ontvangen, alsnog mijn geld niet terug gehad! Ik heb ze minimaal 10x gemaild etc. Proberen ze mij een kortingscode te geven, wat heb ik hieraan? Eerste en laatste keer, NIET BESTELLEN, oplichters!!

Though my delivery took longer than I…

Though my delivery took longer than I expected the customer services team behind emails are always prompt and helpful. One item I purchased arrived faulty but the team was very fast in correcting the matter. I was dreading another long process to send item back and have anything done for it but I was impressed with how the matter was dealt. It had initially made me decide I will not shop with the brand but now, I will return. Thank you touché.
