I am very disappointed because I genuinely liked Touche Privé’s clothing, which makes my experience even more frustrating.
I returned part of my order, and the return was delivered to the company on 11 May 2026. Since then, I have been waiting for my refund. I contacted customer service several times, and at first they replied, assuring me that my refund would be processed as soon as possible. However, after that they completely stopped responding to my emails.
More than seven weeks have now passed, and I still have not received my money back. I have now had to contact my bank to initiate a chargeback because the company has failed to issue my refund or communicate with me.
I never expected to have this kind of experience with a brand I previously enjoyed shopping from. I used to shop their items on Zalando and it was a huge mistake to order items on their own website. Until this matter is resolved, I cannot recommend ordering from Touche Privé, either from their own website or from Zalando. It feels like a total scam.
Returning products is impossible! They don't respond to emails, so you're stuck with clothes that don't fit. Plus, all your money is gone. Worthless company. Scammers, because they don't speak to you and don't email back.

Ik heb al bijna 3 maanden geleden mijn artikelen geretourneerd en mijn geld nog steeds niet ontvangen! Echt schandalig, reageren op mailtjes doen ze ook niet! Ik zou absoluut niet adviseren om hier iets te bestellen!!
Het liefst geef ik geen 1 ster maar NUL!!!! Twee artikelen retour gedaan, nog steeds geen geld terug ontvangen.

Bei einem fehlerhaften Artikel erwarte ich zumindest eine Rückmeldung und eine Lösung des Problems. Der mangelnde Kundenservice ist für mich nicht akzeptabel.
Solange keine Reaktion erfolgt, kann ich diesen Shop leider nicht empfehlen.

I bought items from this website and I received one uncomplete item and one damaged item. Many of others did not suit.
I returned all the items I dont want as the return policy gives me the right following the instructions from you.
It has been more than one month I didnt get my refund and the worst is that I sent you more than 3 emails to ask you about it with no answer from you.
I am really upset and surprised, this was not the first time I buy from your website, but I think it will be the last time if I dont get my refund.
Unfortunately, this company cannot be trusted.
Before placing my order, I carefully checked whether returns were possible. The website clearly states that items can be returned within 30 days, which is exactly why I decided to make the purchase.
When the clothing arrived, I realized that some items needed to be exchanged for a smaller size. However, when I tried to initiate a return according to the company's instructions, I was informed that this shirt could not be returned under the company's terms and conditions. As a result, I am unable to obtain a return label (e-ticket) and send it back.
These are ordinary clothing items. I have already sent an email to the company, but to this day I have not received any response.
Later, I discovered that I am not the only customer facing this issue and that this appears to be part of the company's policy. Unfortunately, I feel misled and disappointed.
Clothes are good quality, but they are missing small sizes
I ordered for Poland, in the beginning of may and i had initiated a partial refund for clothes which are too big on me.
It is june and i still do not get at leas answer from the support, neither money.
I did not check the reviews before, as i saw the shop on Zalando so i took it as a trustworthy source.
Seeing the bad reviews related only to the refunds and support communication - made me upset as i think i will not get money back.
I ordered through revolut so for me it is an easy process of refund.
Hope the shop can see it and change as there good unique clothes - but due to such issue i will never order from that shop again
This company is a big joke. The reviews here are truth. I send them an e-mail, literaly few hours later to get it delivered to a parcel shop, no response. I needed to fix it by myself. The items were delivered today, terrible quality. I wanted to refund it today, says that those items are not refundable! Two skirts are not refundable! Touché Privé, my order is EU22121. I suggest you to fix the problem and to REFUND MY MONEY! You have enough bad reviews here
The sizes dont fit and i want to return but system doesnot allow me. I also tried the customer service but no one reached me..
I bought two items, they sent one immediately, but the second item was not sent, and I kept writing the customer service, and it looks like NO ONE answers or there is none-existing costumer service.
I returned the item I received as the size wasn';t matching, using the label existing in their packages, and still there is no response, and their customer service page says it is not possible to return. AWFUL SCAM SHOP. stay away

Mauvaise expérience avec Touché Privé.
J’ai retourné un article dans les délais et je ne sais pas s’il a bien été réceptionné, mais plusieurs semaines plus tard, je n’ai toujours pas été remboursée. J’ai contacté le service après-vente à deux reprises pour obtenir des informations sur mon dossier, sans recevoir la moindre réponse.
Le manque de communication et l’absence de suivi sont très décevants. Lorsqu’un client respecte la procédure de retour, il est normal d’attendre un remboursement dans un délai raisonnable ou, au minimum, une réponse du service client.
Je ne recommande pas ce site tant que le problème de remboursement et de service après-vente ne sera pas amélioré.
