I have been trying to return items and get my money back without sucess. There is no response from customer service, the return registration did not give me a return label and it does not let me return 2 from 3 items. This is clearly a scam.
Habe Teile meiner Bestellungen EU20930 und EU20969 fristgerecht zurückgeschickt. Die Pakete kamen laut Sendungsverfolgung längst an, doch der Status im Portal wird nicht aktualisiert. Trotz mehrfacher Mails an den Support erfolgt keine Reaktion. Ich warte seit über 2 Monaten auf mein Geld.

I placed an order on May 14 and, to this day, I have not received the product.
What is even more concerning is the complete lack of communication. I have sent 4 emails to customer service over several weeks and have not received a single response. No updates, no explanation, no attempt to resolve the issue.
This level of service is unacceptable for any online retailer. A paid order has been left unresolved and completely ignored, which raises serious concerns about reliability and customer care.
At this point, I have no product, no tracking clarity, and no support from the company despite multiple attempts to contact them.
I expect an immediate response and a clear resolution, including either delivery of the order or a full refund.

I have sent a return package which was received by Touché prive one month ago according to tracking data. I have not heard anything from the company. I have desperately tried to find a phone number and the company is not responding to my messages. Seeing that I am not the only one who has experienced this I am considering going to the media or pressing charges for theft

Jurk geretourneerd. Een mail ontvangen dat ze mijn terugbetaling in orde zouden maken, maar nu al weken verder en nog steeds geen terugbetaling ontvangen. Dit is gewoon diefstal. Ik wil graag mijn geld terug!!!
I had a very disappointing experience with Touche Privé.
I ordered several clothing items, and according to their own return policy, items can be returned within 30 days as long as they are unused and in original condition.
However, when I tried to submit a return request through their return portal, ALL items were marked as “non-returnable” with the message: “Does not comply with our returns policy.”
These are regular clothing items and clearly do not fall under any exceptions.
I contacted customer service over a week ago and received no response at all.
This is very concerning, as it appears that they are blocking returns despite stating otherwise in their policy. This also raises serious questions regarding compliance with EU consumer law (right of withdrawal within 14 days).
At this point, I am forced to escalate the issue further.
I would not recommend this company.
This is by far the WORST experience I got with a brand. I returned my item more than 2 months ago, sent at least 10 emails, tried to contact them through Instagram, I NEVER got any reply nor refund, I am still waiting. Can someone get back to me with my refund ???
I returned my order EU21518 on the 5th of May and it was delivered on the 7th of May. This has been confirmed by PostNord which is the shipping company. I have emailed the company three times to ask about my refund but no answer and still no refund. There is no other way to contact the company. This company is a fraud. What can I do to get my money back?

Tuesday 12th May I ordered two skirts from the webside. The money has been paid, and the order is “accepted”, but then nothing happens. I tried to write the company two times, but no answer. I have to wear one of the skirts for a wedding next month, but I don’t know anything about delivery time - on the webside it said 2-3 working days. This is now 8 working days since. Can’t recommend this webshop.

Leider war ich von der qulitat nicht begeistert und habe von 7 Teilen 5 zurückgeschickt, was laut Lieferservice bei den auch angekommen ist.
İch habe aber immer noch keine Rückerstattung bekommen.
Auf Email bekomme ich keine Antwort.

Ik heb twee kimono sets besteld. Waarvan bij een set de broek ontbreekt. Ik heb jullie gemaild maar krijg maar geen reactie. Zouden jullie de broek die niet meegestuurd is met de kimono willen nasturen. Ik heb er namelijk voor betaald en zonder broek is dit setje niet compleet
Zeer slechte service, ik heb een grote bestelling gedaan aantal artikelen heb ik retour gestuurd, het is inmiddels een maand geleden. Ik heb een mail achteraan gestuurd dit is inmiddels drie weken geleden maar ook krijg ik daar geen reactie op. Ik raad het niet aan!
Buying from this store is like the lottery. If you win and love what you bought it’s all good but if you don’t good luck trying to get a refund. I waited 4 months for my refund then had to file a credit card dispute to get my money back. They’re very responsive at the beginning and will give you all the refund instructions but as soon as you send in your items they won’t respond unless publicly shamed on social media.
