“I am extremely disappointed and…

frustrated with Touche Privé. I placed my order and made the payment on December 31, and despite returning the item as instructed, no one has responded to me, nor have I received any refund. This lack of customer service is unacceptable.

An update I have received my payment for the order thanks!

Colis remis mais toujours pas de remboursement EU19700

J’ai acheté une robe sur leur site, une fois arrivée, la taille ne me correspondait pas, j’ai donc retourné le colis très rapidement.
Le 26/01/26 à 11 h 30 Bpost m’indique que le colis a bien été livré.
Cependant, TouchePrivé n’ont pas mis à jour et mon colis est toujours en cours de leur côté.
Un e-mail a été envoyé le 31/01/26 leur informant que le colis a bien été livré et leur demandant de faire le nécessaire pour que je puisse recevoir mon remboursement, j’ai également envoyé la preuve que le colis est bien arrivé.
Jusqu’à ce jour 05/02/26 mon e-mail est resté sans réponse et sans accusé de réception et le statut de mon retour n’a toujours pas été mis à jour de leur côté !
Un second e-mail va leur être envoyé après cela j’en parlerai à mon avocat !!
C’est honteux d’avoir un tel service client alors que les articles achetés sont cher payés !

Ik heb een bestelling gedaan van over de €200. Ik vond de kwaliteit echt slecht. Kleding was slecht afgewerkt. Ik heb alles retour gestuurd en heb tot heden mijn geld niet ontvangen. Ik heb ze gemaild maar heb geen reactie ontvangen.

Bestel hier niks want je wordt teleurgesteld!!!

Kundenservice nicht existent

Eigentlich sind die Artikel gar nicht schlecht, gute Strickqualität und die Preise sind in Ordnung. Aber Vorsicht!Bei Rücksendungen bleiben sie im Stich gelassen, und sehen Ihren Geld nie wieder! Ich habe Tausend Mails an Kundenservice geschrieben, weder bekomme ich eine Antwort, noch eine Rückzahlung. Einfach unterirdisch! Finger weg von diesem Shop

I returned my order two months ago and still haven’t received a refund. The items are very expensive, so I can’t afford to be without the money. According to Hermes, the return was delivered a long time ago. What is this about? Are you treating new customers like that ?

winter coat - horrible quality

I bought a winter coat from Touche Prive, it wasn’t cheap. I only wore ita few times and almost immediately the seams in both pockets came apart, leaving holes. I have never owned a coat of such poor quality. I strongly advise against buying it. On top of that, the material becomes freezing cold in low temperatures, like an ice pack, even though the coat is supposedly meant for winter. I do not recommend it to anyone. The quality is absolutely terrible.

Horrible refund policy

Hi...be aware before you are ordering and returning the items in this brand. I have returned my cloth to this company in 17 th December and since then I am constantly emailing them to report a return on Klarna as I bought the item through Klarna. But they didn't reply. Yesterday Klarna has changed me the money for the returned item as this company did not report a return. This is extremely unprofessional disappointing and annoying. Now I will take legal step against them if they don't take a step and refund my money and reply back to my email. DEAR CUSTOMER BE AWARE OF THIS.

I GOT THE REFUND TODAY (16th Jan) IN KLARNA. THANK YOU VERY MUCH. THEY SHOULD IMPROVE THEIR RETURN POLICY.

Zero Response for Weeks!

I am writing this review out of extreme frustration with both the incomplete order and the complete lack of customer service.

On 18 Nov, 2025 I placed an order for the Pleated Chiffon Dress with Binding Belt (Red / S). The dress arrived on time, but it was delivered missing the binding belt, which is clearly listed as part of the product.

I immediately reached out to the company via email on November 20th to report the incomplete item and ask for a resolution (either the belt shipped, or a return/refund process).

It is now 16th Dec, 2025, and despite sending multiple follow-up emails, I have received absolutely no response, acknowledgment, or resolution from the customer service team in over four weeks.

This level of service is completely unacceptable. I am left with an incomplete item and no way to contact the seller to fix their error. I would strongly advise potential buyers to be aware of the extremely poor after-sales support provided by this company.

Mehrmals den Kundenservice…

Mehrmals den Kundenservice angeschrieben, eine Woche später immer noch keine Rückmeldung bekommen! Absolut unterirdisch! Die Emails laufen anscheinend einfach ins Leere. Der ausstehende Rechnungsbetrag ist zu hoch, da ein zurückgeschicktes Kleid nicht verbucht wurde, dies würde ich gerne klären.
@Touche Prive, bitte auf meine Emails reagieren, ansonsten werde ich mir vorbehalten rechtliche Schritte einzuleiten.

For almost three months NO refund

I returned my order to this company almost three months ago, and I still haven’t received my refund. I contacted their customer service multiple times, and each time I was told there were “technical issues” and that I needed to wait, but they never specified how long. Since then, they have stopped responding to my emails completely.
This level of service is extremely disappointing. I followed all return instructions, shipped the item back, and provided proof, yet I’ve been left waiting for months with no resolution and no communication. I’m posting this review so other customers are aware of the ongoing issues with refunds and customer support.
