Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. I made an order on 07/08/2025 and order still not shipped. I sent an email and they replied with cargo company issues. They not responding to any other my emails. I requested money back and cancel my order and no reply to all my emails. Did not receive my order and did not receive my money back. Terrible customer service. No phone number. Only email which is useless to use.

I definetely find the retour system…

I definetely find the retour system very complicated, unclear, bureaucratic. So far I have spent 1 week trying to get retour labels, going twice to the post office and to delivery partners in vain, and have not get them yet. You should check this and change it!

Items didn’t arrive, money out and no response from company

I placed my order and have not heard back since. The event that I ordered my items for has passed. I emailed the company twice with no response. The money has been taken out of my account and I still don’t have my items. I am sent automated emails to review their service so here is my review.

Not received refund and new item

I’ve returned my item, fully tracked and still not received my refund over a week later and no response to my email.

I have also re ordered in the correct size and 9 days on the shipping tracking it hasn’t moved. I’ve had no update from the company to my emails about it

La honte

La honte. Je paie plus de 80€ (en promo hein, normalement l’article est à quasi 130€) pour un article digne de Shein.
Coupures catastrophiques, pas de doublure, article endommagé. Mais attention, voici la meilleure : le retour est à ma charge. Oui oui, vous avez bien lu. Je dois payer pour leur renvoyer leur déchet impossible à porter.

N’achetez pas. Les articles vendus ne sont pas clairement pas les mêmes que sur les photos du site (pas les mêmes tissus ni les mêmes qualités).
C’est du Shein en plus cher et en moins qualitatif.

Juste du vol.

Was an ok experience

The website and order process was good.

Delivery took longer than it is ecpected within EU. But I was not in hurry.

The return is not free, which is not a good thing in my point of view.

Refund took a long time and I had to send 2 reminders.

Would I buy again?! No...Would I recommend it to someone?! Maybe

SO LATE!!!

I placed my order on May 11th. After 16 days, SIXTEEN, it left Istanbul and it is still in the Netherlands!!! It said on the website 3/4 days for shipment in Italy... No words... Will I ever receive it!? Still don't know.

Scam

My package has not arrived yet has been more than a week tried emailing them several times they tKe ages to answer and they informed me that they have a issue with there shipping company??!!!
