Krijg geen geld terug van geretourneerd artikel.

Ik heb een bestelling geplaatst. Aantal producten gehouden. Één item wilde ik ruilen voor een andere maat. Dit teruggestuurd en opnieuw betaald voor de nieuwe bestelling. Het probleem speelt al meer dan vier maanden. Elke keer als ik een mail stuur met het verzoek tot terugbetaling ontvang ik een vriendelijke mail terug dat ik nog even geduld moet hebben voor het afhandelen van de retour! Tot heden afwachtend op mijn geld!

3 Monate nach Retour immer noch keine Erstattung

Ich habe meine Rücksendung bereits Mitte Juni zurückgeschickt. Dies erfolgt leider auf eigene Kosten. Mitte August kam das Paket zurück mit dem Hinweis, das Paket wäre nicht abgeholt worden. Seitdem schrieb ich dem Customer Service 3x die zwar immer wieder sagen, sie würden den Fall bearbeiten, aber es passiert NICHTS. Seit 3 Monaten (!!) warte ich nun auf eine Rückerstattung eines 3stelligen Betrags.

Edit: ja, gab eine Email wie unten geschrieben, aber ich es war exakt die gleiche Mail wie die 3x zuvor und 11 weitere Tage später immer noch kein Refund.

Returns are not processed and refunded promptly

I returned my order over a month ago. SP Touché still hasn’t processed my return or refunded the amount. I was unable to reach the company by phone to file my complaint. Therefore, I sent an email stating that I want my money refunded, and I also included proof of the return shipment. I received a reply saying they would investigate the matter internally and refund me shortly. However, the refund has still not been issued. Two weeks after the first return, I sent back a second package, and that one has also not been processed by them.

Waiting Over 4 Months for My Refund – Still Nothing

On April 21, 2025, I placed an order from toucheprive.com for 10,096 TL. Order number: 754381. Unfortunately, the items I received did not fit me, so I returned them on April 28, 2025. The return was successfully delivered to the company, but I never received any confirmation via email or SMS.

On May 2, I contacted them via Instagram and was told that the refund would be processed within 14 days. On May 14, I followed up again and was told that my case was forwarded to the relevant department and the refund would be issued soon. On May 29, I contacted them once more, and they again promised that the refund would be made shortly and that the finance department was handling it.

Now, more than 4 months have passed, and I still have not received my refund. This is extremely disappointing and unacceptable for a company of this size. I expect my refund to be processed immediately and warn other customers to be cautious when shopping here.

They got the return but I did not receive my money back and no answer from their customer service.

I placed an order and received my goods, only kept one item because the rest was very poor quality, like literally plasticky. I followed my return and it shows that it was received by the sender on July 21st but there is some "exception" and I have no idea what it means. I reached out to them but did not receive an answer, I am expecting more than 100 euro back and they are advertising quick returns (at the expenses of the buyer but whatever, I just want my money back.)

Des voleurs ! A fuir !!!

Je suis extrêmement déçue ! J'ai passé une commande pour 2 articles. Le paiement a été débité de mon compte bancaire mais je n'ai reçu qu'un seul article.
