I ordered a bunch of valentines flowers…
I ordered a bunch of valentines flowers which I saw on the website. So the ad was a lovely bunch in a lovely gift box.
Plus I paid for a additional heart and message.
When the flowers got delivered I was shocked. Basically a bunch of flowers in a plastic square box. So not what I seen advertised. So when I contacted them they said I didn't tick the box for the gift box, first of all the gift box was in the advert so why would I tick the box for an additional box. And it was £155 so that was probably expensive enough. And there was not heart or message in the delivery which I paid £10 each.
They literally said it was my mistake and never contacted me again to resolve this.
So basically I paid £155 for a bunch of flowers.
Not saying its a bad company.
Just saying they treated my services very poor.
You have to understand I am upset. So if I come across rude I'm sorry. 😡

Have used Eternal Petals a few times now and have never been disappointed. Their products are stunning and the personalised options available are an added bonus. The end result is just beautiful. All previous ones bought have been for other people but i think the next one will be just for me! 🙂

It's in memory of my father
I brought a blue rose for myself a few years ago and its still going so I brought one for my daughter it's in memory of my father and her grandad but hers has died after 18months so I got her another one

Poor service
I ordered a rose as a gift for a very close friend. The rose was to mark the anniversary of her son’s birthday who has passed away. It’s terribly important to my friend to know her son is remembered even though he’s no longer with us. I chose the specific delivery date and left a note for the seller as to how important it was for the rose to be delivered in the date requested. The rose was delivered a week late, despite ordering it 10 days in advance . When complained, I had a simple sorry and was told it was due to the time of year and they had received a lot orders and asked me to shop with them again. I won’t purchase another rose from this company, they shouldn’t allow the option to choose a delivery date if they aren’t going to deliver on time. It gave the impression to my friend that I had forgotten her sons birthday and sent a late gift which wasn’t the case.

Amazing product!
I'm very pleased with the quality of the rose I bought, my nan will love it for her birthday! The rose is extremely beautiful and the packaging was lovely. It was really helpful that it came with instructions and the thank you note was very sweet. It arrived extremely quickly and was packed with the utmost care which was good since the postman chucked it over the fence even though it said fragile. I would highly recommend this company!

Great product
Great product and was delivered all the way to NZ. My friend is thrilled with her eternal rose. I did have a few issues with the website when ordering; it kept changing the delivery address back to my home address in the UK but once I got passed that all was ok.

They went above and beyond with their service
Well I have to say, without a doubt one of the best customer services I have encountered. She was extremely helpful with all my questions and took the time to ensure everything was right for me. I ordered 2 black roses
I ordered 2 black roses. One with gold glitter and 1 with red. Instead of telling me they ran out of the red, they out on 24k gold glitter. But I was CHARGED for it! I wasn't asked, and nothing was sent letting me know the red glitter was out. They refused to refund me for the flower that wasn't right by saying they'd give me store credit and then saying they'd send another. All I want is a refund of the one because it is not what I wanted. I wont be shopping there again so I won't need store credit.
