The parcel never arrived and it was meant to get dropped off about 5 times

My 1st order with this company. Easy ordering process. Pretty good delivery time. Product lovely will be ordering again in the future

Extremely disappointing experience from start to finish. I have received two incorrect orders, with products that were out of date, and despite raising these issues, they still have not been properly resolved. Instead of fixing the problems, I have been asked to rate the service before my complaint has even been dealt with.

The customer service has been slow and ineffective, leaving me to repeatedly chase for answers. As a customer, I expected much better. Until my complaint is fully resolved with an appropriate outcome, I cannot recommend this company or its products.

I hope the company focuses on resolving customers’ issues rather than asking for positive feedback before doing so.

11 boxes ordered. 11 packets arrived. NO customer service. Can’t get a response , just AI rubbish.
4 working days in and NO refund organised.
Even the CEO who I emailed couldn’t be bothered to sort my refund. Do NOT buy from them.

Product delivered in a timely manner, but issue with missing parts of the delivery. Still awaiting a response & resolution - been on the chat “waiting for an agent to join” for three days.

Really poor customer journey, products are nice but this experience will make me think twice when ordering.

Impossible to speak to a human and the customer is only speaking to A.I to resolve the situation. It’s been the best part of a week and still haven’t spoke to a human.

I ordered 4 cases of the habenero scratchings and 2 cases of the BBQ porky puffs but was sent individual items instead of cases so I am missing a lot of porky goodness. I reported the isuue on the 18th June and 5 days later and a lot more email nobody has got back to me. Absolutley shocking customer service.

So eventually they got back to me and said they were going to issue a refund and also send a free of charge delivery for the items that were missing, so I thought brilliant but unfortunetly that's as good as it got.

I chased up the refund and they said because it had taken so long that they had to do it again which is an absolute joke. Then when I chased up the free of charge order they said that they ran out of stock and couldn't send them. I even said they could send me alternative items but nothing was said.

From start to well not even a finish this was an awful experience and I would suggest that nobody orders from them.

DO NOT EAT. If I could give a 0 I would, the taste was bland and sickly. The lightly salted scratchings made me throw up and gave me food poisoning. I wasn’t drinking I didn’t eat them on an empty stomach simply as an afternoon snack. Please do not buy

Half of the order was missing which has been reported but over a week later no one has been back in touch with either a refund or replacement. Such a shame about the terrible customer service as it is a lovely product however this will stop me ordering again

I was kept up to date all the way. Ordering was so so easy. Loved the puns.....best of all they the pork scratchings are delish ..

it contains sugar and corn flour not consider as Keto, shouldn’t advertise as Keto snack.

Sorry to say quite disappointed. I couldn't taste the Colemans mustard even when I tipped the bag for the crumbs. At £2 a bag there was alot more bag than mustard. Rather bland :(

Excellent customer service after the system defaulted to the wrong address. This was speedily corrected and my piggy treasure sent in its way. Thank yiu

Placed the order: it turned up in good time

My salt and vinegar scratchings had no flavour what so ever, they were plain and bland whoever did these did not flavour them.

Best porky snacks on planet earth, and their other products are pretty good too! You have to try them!

Poor customer service! Emailed multiple times and no response! Item missing and nothing. If I had have had a response from them I would give 5 stars due to excellent products! However, due to poor customer service I'm giving 1 stat

Absolutely brilliant! Quick delivery, well packaged and taste fantastic. Cannot fault a thing!

I ordered 24 packs of pork crackling and only received 12. I have the email receipt and contacted Snaffling Pig as soon as the delivery had arrived which had no invoice in the box. I was told it would be looked into and to wait for a further response. It has now been 2 days and I've had no response. I have just emailed again and so I'm a waiting for a response to that. Pretty poor experience followed by even worse customer service to resolve the issue.
Update following reply 27/05/2026:
I did eventually get a refund from 'the team'. However, it took a week to get after being told when I reported the issue on the day of the delivery that my delivery was complete when it wasn't , I only got a refund as I had kept my email receipt and percevered, if I had not, it was very clear I would not have got the refund.

Superb customer service. Very helpful with my query regarding the product I purchased. Lovely tasty products
