The black rose looks so lovely in real life, just like the pictures. Although not cheap, I'm now considering of getting a full bouquet! Also, delivery was fast, thank you!

A beautiful green rose for my beautiful Irish friend for Christmas.
She was very pleased to receive the gift.
And sent me photos straight away.
So two happy friends. Eternal petal are excellence and I have bought a few beautiful roses from this company and would not go anywhere else, so thank you.

Rose not intact (middle is falling out) & looks wilted already. This was supposed to be a Xmas present. EP have not responded to email & customer service telephone is a joke. On hold for over 10 mins then gave up. I am so disappointed. Would have liked to speak to someone & get this resolved but as they do not respond, there is no option other than to write a review & hope they finally get in touch so that I can seek a refund or better still, get a replacement.

There was a mix up with the order.....had a chat online and was all sorted? They went above and beyond IMO, I would highly recommend using Enternal Petals in the future.

I bought 2 of these stunning roses for 2 friends 50th birthday. They arrived very quickly and well packaged. The little cases that they are packaged in are lovely and sealed well so no air can get in. If you wish you can personalise the case with initials and/or gem. They also come with clear instructions on how to look after the roses.
Would definitely recommend these beautiful roses and will be buying them again. They make such lovely gifts and come in a wide range of colours.

We ordered a rose to go to Jersey, but defaulted the delivery address to our home address by mistake. We realised immediately and attempted to cancel. There is no way to cancel on the website, so we emailed them through the website. No response. Tried calling the customer service number - several times - no response, and no ability to leave a message. Emailed again - no response. They delivered - we turned it back at the door and returned the item - again no response, but inevitably they charged us within seconds of the original order. No money has been returned, despite clear notification of a wish to cancel the order within seconds of its placement. I would not recommend this company.

Beautiful flower, lovely smell

Rose arrived completely damaged and it was for my daughters 21st birthday, I have emailed you twice and called multiple times for the line to just cut off, if I don’t hear from you by the middle of next week I will be contacting my bank. Disgusting service.
