I don't often write reviews, but I got what I expected and am very happy. I ordered the see-through red jacket and it looks nice and I like the social responsibility the company takes. Good experience.

I ordered 4 items from Esthé. Two were really too big. I sent the items back to Greece at my expense (16 euros). When refunding, Esthé kept 20 euros on the order without any justified reason! Mind-blowing!
I had planned to buy other items from them but after this negative experience, it's clearly not!

Shipping was fast but the returning process does not work. I filled the online form several times and send an email as well - no answer.

The shipment was a bit delayed, but I am very happy with the product and the quality of it. Also very nice packaging!

I ordered with ESTHE 1 week ago and their homepage states that orders will be shipped on the next working day. 5 working days have passed now and the order was not shipped. When I asked them when it will ship, I was not given a date nor timeframe and instead told that most clothes would only be manufactured after order placement due to a zero-stock-policy.
This sounds like an attempt to greenwash logistical and customer service shortcomings and is not mentioned anywhere on their homepage.

I will now try to cancel my order and get my money back (payment via PayPal)

I give it a 4 bc my shipment was delayed due to the fact that the seller apparently forgot to send it, haha. When I reminded them though they quickly arranged express delivery (I paid standard) and I got my order the next day. I would still recommend them since I absolutely loved the clothes and the organza top is a 100% statement piece.

Bought the organza bomber jacket. The shipping to Belgium was super fast. And the bomber is true to the pictures, packed beautifully and looks fantastic in person. Highly recommend!

I ordered a long dress to wear to a wedding. The shipping was delayed due to an influx of orders at Esthe, according to the customer service lady. In the end, the dress was delivered after 2 weeks (instead of the 3 days mentioned on their website). After asking for a free return, i didn't get one. Even though it was their fault it was delivered late and i couldnt wear it to the event. So i had to pay 20euros to have it shipped back to Greece.

Ordered the organza sweatshirt in black. It's beautiful and just like pictured. Fits well. And a thing that I don't see other people commenting on is that it's not itchy. I have sensitive skin and was a little afraid ordering organza clothes as they can irritate the skin a lot - especially at the seams. This top/sweatshirt/awesome piece of clothing does not.

Also, the wrapping (in a little bag - made from reused materials, I believe) is gorgeous, and the shippinh was fast and efficient. No complaints. Will purchase from them again for sure.

With me, the customer service was always nice and responsive. I live in France and in general, I order things carefully (for instance I know that in general this or this kind of clothes are tricky on me to fit, so I don't order them "just to see").

It's an ethical family business, so my recommandation to customers would be to be aware of that and the implications : some pieces are made to order, so sometimes there can be a delay, especially when the brand is dropping new designs. Sometimes the (strong, resistant) seams will feel "thick" because we are used to sloppy ones from sweatshops.

On a more subjective note I would add that as customers we also have to consider that the loose return regulations we are used to are not eco-friendly and don't fit the rythm of slow fashion. It means that a small business will have difficulties following these norms while maintaining affordable prices and decent salaries, customer service included. Even if it's officially a customer right to return anything in a short delay for instance, we have to question our habits and manage our expectations when we are dealing with small brands.

Know what you are in for when you commit to ethical fashion !

Fast delivery (1-2 days), good customer service and very good quality clothes. Your order is send in a bag that you choose the color of, and therefor can re-use as I have done with mine. 10/10!!!

At first I returned an item to a bigger size, and that went fine. Unfortunately, the bigger size was also too small and I asked Esthe for a return (on my expense) two days after recieving it. Esthe declined my
request "as after an exchange is successfully completed, the new item cannot be returned for a refund or for a new exchage."
A consumer has 14 days to cancel the order after recieving it, when shopping online. Therefore, Esthe's practice is not legal, and even if it was, it cannot be read from Esthe's terms and conditions.

I wanted to buy from them for some time, but had second thoughts, because of my figure. They were very nice and helped me find the correct size.
Unfortunatelly, the skirt I bought was not for me in the end (although I loved it !!!!) and had to return it.
They were again very nice and got my money back in the time they said.
I'm definitely buying again ! (something that suits me mext time)

BRAND IS A SCAM. They Illegally denied my return : I ordered 6 items from Esthe and then tried to return 5 of them and the brand first wrote back saying i could do a return or exchange - which would i prefer and i decided to try to support the brand by doing an exchange and listed the items i would like to swap out . When I didn’t hear back I followed up via email and they said oh actually we just realized you’re outside of the EU (I live in NY) and that actually they wouldn’t be providing me with a return or exchange. i wrote back with a screenshot of their return policy from their website which clearly states that they do accept returns. They said oh you’re right that is our mistake and we are rewriting it now but still won’t accept your return, sorry for the inconvenience. What they are doing is illegal and fraudulent and I truly hope they go out of business for now they treat their customers. Do not buy from this brand so many others actually deserve your support.

Terrible. I ordered a bra which did not match the image when it was received. They provide no return instructions and when I emailed the return inbox they instead offered an exchange and are now not responding to my emails. There is no phone number to reach them on. This is not a trust worthy company. Do not recommend.

I ordered the Mint Rib Bralette from Esthe. The delivery was quick but the quality of the item is terrible. The stitching is crooked, the colour of the item is different from the pictures on the website, the elastic of the straps and the band is a different shade to the bra cups, it is also most definitely not as satin-y looking as elastic in the pictures. Overall, the bralette is very different to what is presented on the website.

I love these clothes.

They are so well made, beautifully cut and really different and interesting. Both tops that I have bought from them have resulted in many many compliments. Although they are not the cheapest it is worth it to know that your money is going to a good factory and each item is not mass produced in a sweat shop somewhere.

The customer service could use some work but once I managed to get hold of them they were really helpful and sorted my problem out immediately.

I have Mercury Jumpsuit from Esthé, and I consider it as one of the most special pieces in my wardrobe. As I’m a model, I’m attending to many events and this special suit is always making me on the top)
By look and by quality, hard to explain or show by photos, but previously I had bought some dresses which looked similar on websites just they weren’t so good, and after my Jumpsuit arrived I put them aside as this piece is so much better))
I would definitely recommend Esthe to my friends and to anyone) And in the future will buy more clothes from this brand.

Very bad customer service.

Tried to reach them many times in different way, including email, online chat room, phone, yet no one answer!

Numbers they provided is not recognised; no one actually working at online chat room.
I am very disappointed with Esthe!
