trying to reach them in order to return my item and asking for different size but no response. i might loose the deadline of 14 days upon arrival. Too bad to be that expensive and have such a bad service.

Update: After sending messages to their insta they replied quite fast and redirect my message to someone in order to handle it, called me and in few business days i had my money and they accept that had past by many more days from the 14 upon arrival.

Don't order from this website if you plan on making a return! I never got my refund for the returned item from 2 months ago. Just like others mentioned here before, according to the costumer service, they never recieved my parcel.

Tried to make a return. Yet no answers. I am trying to reach them for days. I am really frustrated. I am not paying for an item, which is not fitting, and I am not able to return.

Major bad service. Never order something again from them!!!

Nice products but completely unresponsive when it's about a return. I've sent several emails and am getting no updates at all. Disappointing.

Update: Esthe ended up processing the refund eventually, would have still wished for some more communication around this.

I’ve placed an order on 12th of January , trusting on their shipping policy, which assure that they ship in 1 or 2 working days and up to date I did not receive the good. I write to them after two days, seeing that my order was still in processing status ( as it is today !) and they reply me that will be dispatched at mid week and delivered at least today. I’ve written several other mails that they are just ignoring.

When the only post about this brand comes from the owner itself! Clearly a rip off. Made with old cheap sleeping stocks and transformed into very expensive clothes. I know the story.

I recently bought clothes from Esthe for my girlfriend, and it was a fantastic choice. The items arrived quickly, and the quality and fit exceeded our expectations. We're both impressed and she will definitely shop here again!

Very fast delivery (indeed as they say in the website). Beautiful/ eco friendly packaging and honestly couldn’t be more happy about the clothes.

The delivery was impressively swift, arriving within just 48 hours of my order placement, in line with the promised delivery time I had seen on their website. The clothing was delivered in an adorable environmentally-friendly package, and they even included a complimentary pouch, which I found delightful and will certainly utilize. I returned an item to Esthe as it didn't suit me. The website is a UK website but returns need to be sent to Greece at the expense of the customer. 3 months later I still haven't received a refund, despite following up several times. The response was: 'Kindly ask you to wait a little bit longer. We are sure that your parcel will arrive at our premises'. I had a return address on the back of the package just in case, but I never received a return to sender. No attempt to find a solution or compensate the customer in any way.

Three weeks after ordering, still no email confirming shipment! I mail asking where my order remains. This is what I get in response:

Your order is being prepared for shipment and you will be notified with a new email as soon as your package has been shipped.
Keep in mind that most ESTHE garments have a zero-stock policy and are sewn on demand, with great care and attention.
As a way of saying thanks for hanging in there while you bear with us, we will include a small gift in your parcel.
We appreciate your support and thank you for your patience as we ask you to hang tight a little longer.
We remain at your disposal for any further assistance you might need.

I give them another week. If I have not received confirmation of shipment by then I cancel the order. This long period of delivery is not clearly stated with the order. No communication about this.

had a very positive experience with customer service after placing and then needing to cancel an order. they were very prompt in responding to me and super helpful. based just on my experience would absolutely order from them again.

Several weeks ago I ordered a few pieces from Esthe. Knowing that buying online one still needs to try on and feel the garments in real life. The sizes were way bigger than expected so I exchanged them for different sizes. In the end I decided to keep some. The initial package arrived almost immediately, but a month passed until I received the replacements. During that time customer service was terse in communication, which did not exactly instil trust. However, once I received the replacements I decided to keep them. The fact that Esthe claims that further returns after that point can not take place is most likely illegal within the EU, and I would actually encourage anyone who is dissatisfied to actually test that via EU customer protection portals. In any case that is one of the reasons for my low rating. Having given in to that pressure I kept the pieces, which is a regret because actually they feel like cheap, cold, itchy polyester with pretty basic seams and random fit, fast fashion but with higher prices, hostile customer service and questionable returns policy. Unfortunately that is the experience that I have of Esthe clothing and therefore will neither recommend nor shop again. Nice try, and I gave them a more than fair chance, not just because the photos looked nice and sustainable is an alluring tag, but also because they push the customer into a corner with the exchange and return policy, so a sad failure overall in my experience.

They state on the website that orders will be shipped out in one day (or after the weekend) but after 3 weeks I still did not get a shipment confirmation. I ordered items as birthday presents but they didn't make d-day. I asked customer service if I can still cancel the order since it still wasn't shipped out but that wasn't possible. Also, they told me items will only be put into production after an order has come in?! So why do they pretend on the website that they ship out super fast? Nice pieces, but still would not order them again due to this experience.

Shipping took two weeks but I have no issues with that at all! I bought a tule dress and the fabric seems bridal tule quality, so really really good. Also very well made and very cool design.
They’ve also sent me a nice little gift which I found very thoughtful. Packaging is also very beautiful and nicely done.
Overall I would 100% recommend! 😍

I ordered a shirt for over a month ago and i still haven’t received my package!!!
I have written to them many times and i almost haven’t got any replies.
I wrote to them that I wanted my money back as I have not received anything from them for a month now and they have not answered for a week now!!!
I very much regret trying to buy anything from this brand and would never recommend buying from them!!

The delivery has been extremely fast (only 48 hours since I placed the order!), so they complied with the delivery-promise I read on their website.
The clothes arrive in a super cute environmental-friendly package (and they placed them in a free pouch, which I’m definitely going to use, loved it!)
The clothes themselves are very pretty, as shown on the website.
Would definitely recommend Esthé and I’ll probably buy again!

I am very unhappy.

I placed my order (3395058) two weeks ago and it still hasn’t been shipped. It still says on the website that it is processing. This is unacceptable. I want a refund and I will never be spending my money on Esthe’s website ever again.
