It said it would arrive in 1-2 days but it has been 1.5 weeks and the status is still label created.

Placed order and received within the week .well packed .only thing that I would say to the company, as the the bottles are refillable make sure they are screwed on tight as I did get a little leak on one of my perfumes nothing to much that would stop me from ordering from this company .great price beautiful perfumes. Company is also easy to contact if any problems.

I had great service and notification on the order ,I was looking for a similar fragrance to an old perfume I can't buy anymore and it was OK but not to my taste although the fragrance lasted the whole day .

Primera compra. Cuatro perfumes diferentes y dos de ellos a punto de caducar, producto viejo almacenado y apenas sin aroma. He reclamado y me dicen sin más que si cumple tres meses de caducidad es suficiente .... Gran decepción, no volveré a comprar esta marca. No la recomiendo. Atención al cliente pésima.

I miei complimenti vanno anche alla ragazza con i capelli lisci neri lunghi ,molto esperta nel settore e di bellissima presenza,coinvolgente ancora di più nel farti acquistare!Mi riferisco in tutto questo nel negozio equivalenza dell’Ipercoop di Molfetta!

DO NOT buy from this company. Purchased 5 perfumes from them for two incorrect perfumes to arrive. It has been 2 months, multiple emails, no human has ever contacted me. Their customer service is AI and I have had to raise a dispute with my bank for a refund as I refuse to send the products back at my own cost when the error was theirs. Absolutely disgusting business practice and should be avoided at all costs. I am not the only one with a poor experience as it is all over Reddit and other sites.

Two products are missing from my previous orders and no one answers my questions why they weren't there

No compres en esta tienda hay una mujer mayor que si o si te obliga a comprar algo que ni si quieras necesitas, es una manipuladora y te saca el dinero sin darte cuenta.

I placed an order 10 days ago and still have not received it. I’ve sent multiple emails and have received no response. There is no phone number available to contact them directly, which makes the situation even more stressful. Very disappointing experience — I would avoid ordering from this company 😰

Bought these in Lisbon and glad to be able to order in UK - natural not synthetic fragrances

Item showed as in stock but then I received a message to say it was out of stock. I replied to ask when it would be back in stock and I’ve had no reply, no perfume and no info about a refund yet. Very poor customer service all round.

I was expecting something more woow but it leaves something to be desired.
