Acquistato al centro commerciale "La Romanina" ho cominciato subito a starnutire convulsamente io e tutti quelli che mi sono stati vicino, compreso al lavoro. Non è dato sapere gli ingredienti, delle segnalazioni se ne fregano, non te lo sostituiscono, inaffidabili al 100%, potrebbero tranquillamente esserci sostanze fuorilegge. Mi ha fatto stare male ed ho perso anche dei soldi, non si assumono nessuna responsabilità, stare alla larga.

Sono cliente da diversi anni dei negozi fisici del gruppo. Poi ho provato il sito web e il primo ordine mi sono stati inviati prodotti diversi da quello che ho scelto. Alba López gentilissima mi ha scritto e disposto un rimborso, che ho ricevuto e un omaggio per l'errore. Va bene può capitare ho pensato. Secondo ordine il mese stesso, succede la stessa cosa. Non ho più voglia di perdere tempo, hanno perso un cliente.

Ho fatto un acquisto online spendendo ben 26 euro per un profumo che sembra acqua. Chiaramente non è quello che ho acquistato (ho già provato altri profumi che mi hanno portato a far acquisti nel negozio fisico) ma, pur segnalando la situazione, nessuno mi aiuta a risolverla. Dopo due ticket aperti e un'email inviata nessuno risponde; personalmente mi sento truffato.

AGGIORNAMENTO: La situazione è stata risolta, finalmente: mi hanno rimborsato il profumo.

Mi fa specie che oltre ad avere pagato 32.00 euro ho dovuto pagare la bustina 20 centesimi per fare la pubblicità alla vostra azienda la cosa mi ha molto disturbato chiedere 20 centesimi è un accattonaggio

Placed order and received within the week .well packed .only thing that I would say to the company, as the the bottles are refillable make sure they are screwed on tight as I did get a little leak on one of my perfumes nothing to much that would stop me from ordering from this company .great price beautiful perfumes. Company is also easy to contact if any problems.

I had great service and notification on the order ,I was looking for a similar fragrance to an old perfume I can't buy anymore and it was OK but not to my taste although the fragrance lasted the whole day .

Primera compra. Cuatro perfumes diferentes y dos de ellos a punto de caducar, producto viejo almacenado y apenas sin aroma. He reclamado y me dicen sin más que si cumple tres meses de caducidad es suficiente .... Gran decepción, no volveré a comprar esta marca. No la recomiendo. Atención al cliente pésima.

Ho provato tanti profumi equivalenti di diversi marchio,ma quelli di Equivalenza mi hanno stupito uno più dell’altro,per me è come se fossero davvero gli originali.
I miei complimenti vanno anche alla ragazza con i capelli lisci neri lunghi ,molto esperta nel settore e di bellissima presenza,coinvolgente ancora di più nel farti acquistare!Mi riferisco in tutto questo nel negozio equivalenza dell’Ipercoop di Molfetta!

DO NOT buy from this company. Purchased 5 perfumes from them for two incorrect perfumes to arrive. It has been 2 months, multiple emails, no human has ever contacted me. Their customer service is AI and I have had to raise a dispute with my bank for a refund as I refuse to send the products back at my own cost when the error was theirs. Absolutely disgusting business practice and should be avoided at all costs. I am not the only one with a poor experience as it is all over Reddit and other sites.

Sono stata nel negozio di Via Tripoli nei giorni scorsi ho avuto un accoglienza e una gentilezza dalla commessa Aurora davvero professionale,ce ne fossero commesse come lei,attenta e soprtattutto e' riuscita a soddisfare il regalo che avrei dovuto fare.Grazie Auorara per la tua gentilezza e ribadisco professionalita.Tornero' sicuramente a trovarti.
