As an Anchor resident, all I can say is: Awful bunch of useless untrained clowns. This company is beyond a joke. They don't even respond to comments because they know how useless they are.

P*ss poor company meant to fit a new…
P*ss poor company meant to fit a new kitchen and new floor and wood work and a new door was told it was a weeks work when they started in July we are now coming to the end of October and it’s still not finished. She was left weeks with out a kitchen with no communication then they turned back up to fit the old kitchen that they had left out side in the rain. Finally managed to get a kitchen fitted after 3 weeks. Then no communication from them even after ringing billie the project manager numerous times. When she did contact never had the 🎾 to actually speak with you. She would arrange a date for work to be finished and either no one would turn up or they would do half a job and go missing for days. Then when you contacted her to find out what’s happening she would just say ‘ I’m making some calls’. Left a mother and two young babies with out a kitchen or faculties to cook proper meals for weeks on end. Billie and the whole company should be ashamed of them selves. Legal action will be taken.

I am into the 6th week of my kitchen renovation that should have been 2 , what an absolute disgrace this company have been, they have wrecked my hall and hall carpet, had a leak from the stoptap 4 times, been left without water for a full weekend and now have no kitchen, Please do not ever use this company,

Worker Stole from my house
Guy came round to do a check up while he was upstairs he’d stolen items like a PlayStation controller and left behind a damaged crappy controller. Absolutely disgusting. Have contacted the company they said they’ll investigate. Police will be contacted.

The most unreliable company I have ever had to deal with, they work for housing executive,and are woeful
emersion heater stopped working
emersion heater stopped working, came out disconnected same, told they will be out next week to fix, stayed in all week, no one came, still waiting for it to be repaired have contacted Equans to no avail, made formal complaint to Anchor, will see what happens know, a plumber would have fixed within a day
(Follow up review), after Anchor management got involved, we received a date for work to be done, they came within time specified, were friendly ,efficient every thing is working fine now, the office/planning need to get there act together in future, and try to change the bad reviews they get the two fitter that attended were (Jason and Tiller) good people and workers (thank you Jason Tiller)

Absolutely rubbish company I'm owed approximately 5 days pay(still not had this although I've been assured via management that I will). I'd definitely stay well away from this company appalling!!!!
A joke
I am writing this with a very upset and heavy heart, not only myself but many residents have had the same issues so I am speaking on behalf of the estate that I live on. 2.5 years ago this company took over the work on the estate to fit new piping, radiators etc. The men came in leaving behind mess and water in my flat, when spoken to the site manager I just got laughed at.. then they send a final letter to me telling me if i don't book my next appointment in they will charge me for the water, I work full time and booked my appointment for Wednesday 8am... still sitting and waiting 1pm/2pm/3pm and no contact. They were unable to get into my block until after 1pm so why waste my time and my day off... today they have been to the estate and still unable to carry out the work. This company/Site Manager do not care about the people that live on the estate, no contact of what is going to happen now... use with care

She explained everything too me and my sister very professional and we are very happy and looking forward to the up coming work me and my sister are both disabled she noted everything down and we feel at ease she responds to our calls very quickly and deals with any issues more or less straight away she’s like a breath of fresh air!

equans birmingham city council contractor totally unprofessional cowboy repairs after waiting 3 month for a repair i won’t mention the workers name but useless my garden fence rotten and post snapped so he came didn’t even look at fence said fix post ? back in 30 mins over hour later came then to my bewilderment sat in van 40 mins so went out too him fast asleep i said not on i do have things to do instead waiting for you to repair my fence till can go out then cut post too short tried screwing fence to post not flush bowed out told him not good enough so did it again useless asked bout fence he said because not visible broke carnt repair so if i smashed it up ide get a new one even thou it need replacement bkz it’s rotten absolutely disgusting fully paying rent for this shoddy landlord maintenance bcc & equans shame on you

Not worth 1 star . We have had a leaking shower for weeks . They’ve tried to stop the leak 4 times! First by tightening it up, second by replacing the shower , third time put some gunge on the pipe and turned the water pressure down, 4th time didn’t turn up. Today he has replaced the shower . What a mess! Sealant blathered all over the tiles, screw holes not filed in, shower fitting is not straight. He replaced a door handle and because he didn’t have a handle to match our other handles he’s fitted a 2nd hand handle thing from another house! It’s so old fashioned. Because we rent our bungalow from a housing association they don’t care , they wouldn’t have this shoddy work in their home. Next door the workmen have arrived , they spent half an hour asleep in the van , then got out and did 10 minutes work, got back in to he can and slept for over 30 minutes! I have photos . I don’t wonder you can’t get a job done for months . Absolute disgrace!

Damaged ours and our neighbours properties. 30 day job started on 13.2.23 is still going on at present. Scaffold blocked all upstairs windows and we would have been trapped if a fire.
Shoddy cheap work. Lies, rude and just don’t care. Treat your property as a building site! Do not use or trust this company. I have plenty more information emails, texts and pictures to prove these are worse than cowboys! Now going to a solicitor.
This company is diabolical
This company is diabolical. My neighbours are currently getting a party wall done and damage has been made to my property. They also had the wrong plans and had to start again. They have damaged my window, walls, guttering and pipes. I would steer clear of them if you value your home and your sanity. They are useless and lack any understanding of the jobs they are doing.

told them left 2 screws out of door handle no holes drilled , damaged my made to measure blinds told would fix this but have not , was told someone would be coming to check the work is completed correctly and sign off the told today no one will be checking their own work sending it all back to the council over again .
Poor service
Not sure if these poeple knlw what thay are doing, thay failed to turn up for the first appointment, i changed the second appointment because i wasn't ablecto be here,thay then send me a warning letter that thay have attended twice and couldn't gain access, thay are coming next week if thay bother to show up, dreadful compony,
1 star is too much
1 star is too much. EQUANS, formerly known as ENGIE and before that KEEPMOAT have to be one of the worst companies I've ever dealt with. They change their name frequently to mask their terrible track record. Be warned. They are so abusive its unreal. The way they have treated my vulnerable 80 yr old parents is shocking. They literally do not care. The list of their poor customer service is so long there isnt enough space here. They need arresting. Their manager Dan is awful and does not care at all.
