As an Anchor resident, all I can say is: Awful bunch of useless untrained clowns. This company is beyond a joke. They don't even respond to comments because they know how useless they are.

Absolute shambles off a company , never call you, you can never directly contact them , and say they have done jobs they haven't, that one star is a minus 1. Seriously never known a company like it.

Oh Dear - Update - Bust Radiator Saga
Update- after a long, constructive phone call with head of Cust care, Tony Doyle, just before Christmas, a YEAR after the damage. He promises to meet with senior management, then report back - then 'ghosted' us' no replies, no further contact!
Update - seems they might be trying to reach out again, via this site - though frequently dealing with Officers who send sympathetic replies and then 'blank' us, I'm fine about re-opening negotiation - there's a certain minimum standard, after which, even the most lax of Local Authorities will cease dealing with you - then EQUANS will have totally LOST this sector of their business!
Seems far more rational to FACE the bad news, EQUANS? There's a lot of work to be done to fix your 1-star ratings - can you handle the task?
EXTREMELY POOR QUALITY WORK!!!
Equans are currently carrying out cladding replacement to our apartment block. The quality of work is absolutely appalling and dangerous. The management are useless, they ignore all emails and messages and have done nothing about concerns and complaints.
Well this is the 5th time equans…
Well this is the 5th time equans haven't turned up to do my gutters this has been going on a year he's either ill or he was running late each rebook is another 8 week wait I've never known a company like them.

A real disappointment with this company…
A real disappointment with this company who have been dishonest and inconsiderate in the installation of my bathroom and toilet as advised by Occupational Therapy as I have chronic health issues p. Everyday I'm raising issues to them but there's no action.
I would like Equans to contact me about this as it's caused me deep stress and impacted on my anxiety and health issues.

Unreliable, I am the Tenant from the 'Radiator Saga' below and this is not a made-up story!
Over a year and no resolution - I'm seeking immediate compensation, having exhausted all other avenues - AVOID!

Equans have been contracted to carry out replacement of cladding on my building where I reside in a block of flats. There have been repeated delays and failures by the team(s) for several years, and the works are still not complete.
Primarily they failed to identify structural issues with the buildings on site until phase 4 was almost complete (I live in the block for phase 1). Therefore previously completed work has had to be undone/redone since 2022 and still not anywhere near complete.
Loud drilling works have had a significant negative impact on the residents, and the site team do not care. They are drilling on/off throughout the day and it is unbearable. There is supposed to be an agreed time-frame for these works to be carried out to give residents some respite, but this is seldom followed. Responses from the project manager Attila Matyi have been rude and unsympathetic regarding this matter.
Communication is severely lacking. Scaffolding and monarflex weather protection were erected without telling residents in July 2023. We have been waiting since October ‘23 for this to be removed as it blocks sunlight into flats, but alas we’re still waiting for this to be removed. Last update was this was supposed to be removed mid-January but that deadline has also passed with no further information on why the delay and new dates for removal.
Workers leave rubbish around the uppper floors of the flats, loudly converse outside resident flats with vulgar language and radios are playing causing further disruption. Management have done little to combat this.
I could go on…

Very poor
Very poor. Got a reminder for a repair which wasn't a reminder but a notification. I had not received a notification to be reminded of. They were to call between 08:00 and 11:00. At 10:50 van MW71 VGN bearing the Equans logo stopped outside the house. The driver looked at me through the window and then drove off. There is no way you can contact these people directly. Very little notice given, they didn't knock or stop to do the job. A whole morning wasted. Zero points from me.

Disgusting, Disrespectful, Inconsiderate, LIARS, Incompetent Managers, Kevin Goodluck, Marie Gage, Rolandas M********* Unable to spell the contractors managers name lol. This Company are Just full of Lies and Excuses Nothing they Say Or DO Is Correct. 2 Years we here where I Live in St Leonard's On Sea East Sussex Have Gone through HELL with this Company and Still It Continues with them Nasty Nasty Nasty Company and Disgusting Staff.
The worst contractor ever
If I had an option to give them no star I wouldn't hesitate to do so
I dealt with them twice and the service I got was extremely bad
The first time when they came to fit my new front door they left the work uncompleted I have been chasing them for one month and all I get from them is a false promises
The second time when they came to renew my bathroom and kitchen the experience was extremely awful lot of lies, broken promises, disrespect

Rubbish service. My boiler smoked but first engineer out told me could take 2 weeks over xmas to fix. So I was very eager to get heating a shower and dry clothes for xmas day as id be spending it alone. Service desk then gave me a time for a boiler engineer who didn't turn up. I rang desk twice after engineer was an hour late. Was told engineer had a 4 hour window, not the time they texted me twice and he could still turn up. How come they didnt text me he would be late in a 2 hour period? The previous engineer had left me an electric heater overnight which instantly blew my electrics including my Internet. When the morning engineer did turn up his attitude was he was only given job 2 hours later than I was advised, not his problem but that the service desk girls were usually manure and he was sick of customers getting at him for wrong arrival times. Oh and that the previous engineer shouldnt have told it would take weeks to repair. Utter tripe.
This company is a bad representation…
Equans at Paragon University of West London is a bad representation for the construction industry. It promotes racism bigotry and nepotism. Very poor management.
Absolutely useless
Absolutely useless, this low quality company changes its name like a chameleon changes its colour but the service remains un paralleled in its pointlessness, they have you waiting a week for hot water or heating sometimes in the dead of winter, then they generally turn up and tell you you have to wait potentially another week for a basic part that they don't carry, housing associations pick them because they're cheap, that cheapness directly correlates to the effectiveness of the company, It's my opinion that jobs are purposefully dragged out to generate more money for multiple call outs on the same job, this has the knock on effect of increasing waiting times for other customers waiting for repairs creating a backlog of jobs but making them lots of lovely cash-money, though at a financial and quality of living cost to the tenant. It's inexcusable to have tenants who pay rent living unnecessarily in 3rd world situations.

Liaison officers are useless, they never get back to you. Workers just turn up at anytime with no prior arrangements. False promises they still owe me money for damages and no idea if I will get it. Stay away

These cowboys are responsible for the building site near me, so far they've built 100s of homes that cannot be sold, made life miserable for everyone living nearby and caused extensive flooding to the area

Never turned up for gas safety check engineer called me I answered straight away then he put the phone down call lasted 2 seconds needless to say you never arrived when he should have terrible company can never get through to their phone line when you get first in the cube they just cut you off
Worst company I’ve ever experience!
Why they have been hired for council homes, I’ll never know!
1) I was told I need a new kitchen or a face a fine.
2) The new kitchen was fitted and the tap was fitted incorrectly, which flooded the house.
3) The flood ruined my laminate downstairs which they are refusing to pay for.
4) They rewired the whole downstairs for the kitchen and everything is in trunking. They refused to put it back into the wall which I paid for privately previously.
5) I had mould in the house for 3 years which they left unattended and refused to come out. When they did they smashed a 4 foot hole in the wall and left it for months on end.
6) Canceled multiple appointments for doors, windows and painting works.
7) Work men broke multiple items inside my home and refused to pay for them.
8) They walk around in muddy work boots and do not take their shoes off. They’ve ruined carpet.
9) Rude workers who can not communicate to you.
10) Kitchen was due to be completed in two weeks and it took EIGHT!

I am with L&Q housing and I have just had my new kitchen put in and it is wonderful. I am so pleased with it.
Yes it was a little messy while the work was being done but well worth it
