Really bad company and manager is really bad and rude
I would never work for them again

Applied for a job with them and one of their hr people rang my boss and told her I was applying. Not even been interviewed it was only at application stage, total GDPR and data breach

This company has no respect for your property and kept been put to answering machine when trying call them.

Numerous times I've had a gas service scheduled and equans gas engineer hasn't turned up. Numerous times I've sat in a phone queue being told I'm 2nd in line for 20 minutes and then it puts me through to a viocmail and I've left messages and never been called back or responded to. Equans is a terrible company.

They deserve zero stars. They were appointed by our block management to oversee cyclical repairs which meant to take 5 months..we are 11 months in and every part has been shoddy, site management poor, open tins of paint left in gas meter cupboards over weekends, workers so busy laughing and chatting. . no wonder. They appointed 4 companies to deal with window repairs which ended up painting over rotten wood. The list is endless even though we updated and complained each step. Useless. Bad communication. Shoddy shoddy shoddy 'workmanship' that even a 12 year old would know to wipe a front door down before you paint it.

Please sort the noise out emanating from Falinge Park High School Rochdale from the boiler/biomass, TURN IT OFF AT NIGHT! WHY IS IT RUNNING ALL NIGHT LONG?!!!! RUMBLE RUMBLE RUMBLE!!! Mr Quinn do your job properly!!!! DATE OF EXPERIENCE?!?! YEARS AND YEARS!!!!! NO SLEEP, MENTAL HEALTH IS SHOT, RUINED MY LIFE!

After reading all the horror stories on here, I wasn't expecting much... But all the workmen for all the specialities have been great.Polite, respectful, tuneful, 🤣🤣 and just got on with their respective jobs. Well done guys.

Second time I use them and second time they missed the appointment...I waste two afternoon for nothing.

Awful newbuilds and worse aftercare. Waterlogged gardens, fences collapsing, no roads or streetlights, damage inside and out; I could keep going. Do not ever buy a property on one of their estates unless you want a third-world experience.

This company are a useless bunch of cowboys. I am a resident tenant of Anchor/Hanover and unfortunately this company are contracted to carry out repairs on our site. Repairs are never carried out on time or professionally. They are incompetent. If you are thinking of employing this company for any reason then don't, they are useless.

I go around repairing their crap work

Worse service bad communication. Don’t even have any plan to do any work .

Disconnected my cooker to lay flooring, said they'd be back later today. No one turned up. Left a diabetic with no way of cooking. Only to find out they broke the door off my cooker and the flooring has a rip in it.

Equans have still refused to pay my late wife's Death in Service benefit conveniently saying the policy commenced in 2017 with my wife Evelyn Adubofour Addy (Kingswood House Southend on Sea Trillium Contract) passing on in 2015. They have also declined to grant my Subject Access Request. I am consulting my lawyers on the way forward. How heartless.

Shocking workmanship. Avoid at all costs. Should be struck off.

Do not under any circumstance use this company there workmanship is atrocious I live on a council estate in Sheffield this company have the contract they will not put right any damages have had property stolen as have others they have ruined fencing flag stones n also decoration in the house the liaison officer never leaves her cabin n sends others the best person on that team is Karl he tries his best to help

Very poor management it is over 3 weeks I have been calling them to remove the heras fencing fencing.

Get everything in writing from them and names of higher management as they refuse to give contacts to management. They do not stick to what was agreed.

If you are involved in a party wall agreement make sure the plans are up to scratch and are exactly saying what they are doing, you have a right to know what they are doing, they presented me with wrong plans initially going through surveyor it was highlighted that the plan was not in alignment with what they were proposing.

Make sure you are alert when dealing with these people as they are sweet as honey, only to get what they want out of you. Very unprofessional.

Tried to use an ev charging point in the Yorkshire Dales I have been charged £40 but was unable to get any charge into my car. Tried multiple times at multiple chargers.
IN MY OPINION THEY ARE THIEVES
