Superbly crafted bikes and excellent service
Enigma build great bikes and give really friendly and helpful service. They went out of their way to complete my order on time recently despite some supply difficulties due to the Iran war. My new Echelon is beautifully crafted and a joy to ride, exceeding all my expectations. I really appreciated how willing they are to talk on the phone, arrange test rides and bike fitting, and tweak things to your exact requirements.

In 2025 i decided to change my cycling . I wanted to ride all year around, and with the roads becoming neglected and poorly maintained, i wanted to come away from carbon fibre. I looked into titanium, and found a lot of positivity in titanium. I then looked at few manufacturers of titanium, and came across enigma. Their history is short, but impressive, with a range of bikes custom built, or stock . Their website is excellent, well presented easy to find what you need. I ended up buying an enigma etape, had a bike fit as well, and now ride the best bike ive ever ridden.

I love my Enigma Etape Ti!
I love my Enigma Etape Ti to bits, it's simply the best bike I've ever owned for all-round comfort, speed and style. I've recently upgraded the groupset and wheels & tyres, it now looks the absolute Nuts!!
Have recently ordered a new Enigma headset and the service and communication were, as always, brilliant.

I needed to replace a snapped derailleur this was a easy process online. The hanger was promptly despatch on arrival a small grub screw was missing. I contacted Enigma who promptly sent one out in the post free of cost. Great customer service from a company who strive to provide a quality service however big the purchase.
