My order took really long with no updates to offer the client reassurance. That was disappointing. Whenever I sent emails to follow up they were also ignored

Terrible communication!
Just terrible communication!
Almost feels like a scam.
They will tell you they communicate with you, but it’s truly not the case.
Also, rather just go order from Shein/Temu directly and save yourself the money.

I have all records of all communication sent and replied to. Also we do not source from there at all the quality ve provide is much higher.
Boots and a dress
The items I ordered are both excellent quality. One does have to wait a while for the orders to arrive but the site does warn you of this waiting period.The size shoe I ordered was too big and one can return items , but Emmeline then has to pick up the cost as apparently Emmeline cannot return orders to their supplier. I can recommend Emmeline for safe, online shopping. However the owner can be very rude.

Poor service
Order was delayed. Not notified until I enquired. Requested a return - but had to email 3 times before a response was received. Curt, rude reply. No PR skills. Pity, because clothing good.

TIME TROUBLES
Although there was nothing wrong with the product it was the length of time it took for it to arrive that deserves only one star. I placed my order on the 2nd of April and received the item on the 2nd of May. As I wanted it for a wedding on the 3rd I had to make other plans not knowing if it would arrive in time. And this from a "co.za" company. I ordered plan B from Temu and it arrived within two weeks. I was tempted to return the item but noted that they do not refund but give store credit so not worth the time and trouble. Will not order from them again.

We state the delivery time on ecery page to avoid feedback like this its 10 000 items in 5 sizes so yes its shipped from far.

Did not take that long. Client did not reqd the info on the page. Even went above and beyond to use a faster courier to try and help.
Order took waaaay longer than advised
Order took waaaay longer than advised. No updates or apologies for the delay. If the delay had been communicated to me, I would have been understanding. I had to follow up and was met with a curt response. No apology. Still not on time including holidays. Rude company. Will never buy from them again. All SHEIN products in any case.

very bad service and they blocked me because of the experience i had with you guys and it seems like they are perfect no one should complain , otherwise i will return it its not suitable. There's no such that you delivered on time I do have a proof and if you know that you were right you were supposed to answer me on your wall on Facebook and bring the facts over so stop playing as a victim whereas you knew that you didn't meet your standards
