I placed an order and paid for it in the beginning of May already. I only received it in the middle of July. When I asked if I get a refund because I specifically ordered the boots for a trip in June, I was told there was a hold up and I couldn't get a refund. I really wasn't happy with the whole experience.

Quality on clothes is unbelievable,I'm so happy

Love my snow boots- communication was good when I asked how long until delivery- very transparent.

The delivery period was too long, in my case 30+ working days! Communication is also not forthcoming unless you request information. The garments themselves are of a good quality but their advertising pictures are a bit deceptive in terms of material - the items are more suited to spring rather than winter.

They took very long to deliver my goods.
They owe me a refund since May.
I will never buy from them again, I will never recommend it to anyone.

Please assist with my refund.

To add on… They just responded asking what refund I’m talking about. And that I should mail them. They told me in the beginning that they don’t use email, even though it’s provided in their website.

I returned sneakers via postnet in May, you promised to refund me. It’s 2 months down the line.

You don’t answer telephone calls. I just sent a voice note an hour ago.

Anyone choosing this store is in for a serious crisis.

Im not going further until you remove those stories online. You didnt have to do that i got the item back and was in the process of replacing them.

The returned items was in May already… So, this company is not functioning. I need to speak to a sound person , who’s above them. What is Trustpilot? Kindly intervene. This person says they will only exchange to the correct size, if I delete my reviews, otherwise they will not. I don’t trust them. It’s been 2 months already. I tried to call them once again. They didn’t pick up. I need a voice they will listen to. They treated and bullied me as client. Buy from them at own tide.

Late delivery, no communication or feedback

When I tried turning an item they were not very accomodating.

Waited over a month for my parcel. Lack of proper communication. Not very happy

At first I was sceptical because of the time it took to deliver. I did not read the delivery time they needed. But once I received my delivery I only have praise for them. Good quality items. Love Emmelines Fashion

Do not order from Emmelines. You won't be refunded and items are possibly sourced from Shein or Temu.
Item i ordered was too big and did not fit well. The colour was not as displayed on the website and the quality was awful. I contacted the owner via Instagram because no one responds on email. Asked for a refund and the reply was "Ag please leave me alone you being ridiculous."
I had to block the account because of the nature of the messages being sent to me. No refund received just a horrendous shipping experience.
They are also dishonest, stating that they requested pictures and more details. This is a blatant lie. It's disgusting. I would upload a screenshot of the chat, but I'm not able to.

My wife ordered shoes from them and after receiving the items, it was the wrong size. She communicated this to the contact person who rudely responded with various excuses why the shoes should fit. My wife even sent the order information reflecting the correct sizes and they still responded rudely as if my wife was at fault.

It is a week later and we are still waiting for a reply from them to advise how they are going to rectify their mistake. This is an utterly unprofessional service providing 3rd party products that one can order from other more helpful online stores.

It took over a month to receive my order. Customer service was rude when I followed up and one of the two items I received did not look like the pictures online. Would not recommend.

My order took too long. And the quality of the shoes is not worth the price.

The left shoe is smaller than the right one. The stitching differs on each shoe.
Delivery takes forever, without any feedback.
