Beautiful bed frame worth the wait
Beautiful bed frame ever we have owned.
Just need a little patient with them making the bed. Communication on the delivery was good. The live chat with a real person help with ensuring the purchasing process.

Swatch delivery is too slow
It took a number of weeks just to get the swatches delivered. By that time we had purchased a bed from elsewhere.

Don’t trust the delivery date
Don’t trust the delivery estimate shown when you search for a product and add it to your basket, it’s completely misleading. It stated that the item would be dispatched the next day if purchased within a certain hours, making you hurry up to purchase.
I placed my order for a divan storage bed on 28th January, and it was supposed to be dispatched on the 29th or 30th (both working days), with delivery scheduled for the 7th, but nothing so far, my order status is still just confirmed.
I got in touch with costumer service and was told I would receive an update on delivery this week, but so far I’ve heard nothing.
