I thoroughly recommend Eldercare. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and professional and our adviser was extremely thorough, patient and helpful in exploring all options and sourcing exactly what we needed.

I cannot recommend Eldercare highly enough. We needed a care annuity for our mum and they were very helpful in obtaining this following completion of a relatively straightforward application form. This saved us a lot of time in contacting the insurance companies directly ourselves. Eldercare are very professional and experienced in this field, they did all of the work I didn't have the time or knowledge to do. Everything was done without delay and communication was excellent.

Initially Nicky Cave gave us an outstanding overview of the options available and then during a long period of inactivity while we had to secure funds the Eldercare team kept in touch but were never pushy.....and were very patient!
