Just wonderful. There was no hard sell and no pressure - we had to put things on hold for several months due to my dad having unexpected health issues, and they couldn’t have been kinder about it. When I was ready to proceed, everything was explained super-clearly, all the options carefully laid out, and paperwork done efficiently, carefully, and promptly.

I was very unaware of the product i ended up buying and its fair to say Michael provided me with all the information i needed, the pro's the con's and how it worked. He then worked hard to give me real examples of what it would look like so i could speak with my brother to agree whether it was right for us. This summer we found out from a friend about care home annuities, this wasn't a product we were aware of, we worked with Eldercare Solutions to find the right annuity and now my Mum can live to be 100 without us worrying that we won't be able to afford her residential care home fees. It's a great feeling! Eldercare found us the product and helped to manage the whole thing - there was a bit of paperwork of course, but it was all very smooth and incredibly quick!

Going from a position of knowing nothing about how to fund my 90 yr old mum's long term care home fees, to knowing everything (nearly) was helped considerably by Roger, initially, and then Nicky with Tracy completing the process. They also waited patiently whilst I sold my Mum's property. Nicky secured 5 quotes and explained clearly in reports and written communication, the details of what we were buying into resulting in a 2 year Deferred Care Plan which may help protect some of the capital from the house. Overall, in a time of high stress and some chaos, the Eldercare Team were efficient, patient, empathetic and very effective. Well done!

The whole process was explained perfectly and made simple by Tracy Jenkins. The quote period takes about six weeks but after you have decided who to go with it’s quick with the first payment being made promptly. Would highly recommend for a Healthcare Annuity.

She provided advise liaising with the care home aswell as modelled our scenario and adapted as she received quotes for the various annuities from various companies. Immediate Needs Annuities are an almost criminally unknown option for funding care for the entirety of later life regardless of expected or actual longevity.

Eldercare are experts in the field and I thoroughly recommend them.
