Suddenly thrown into the world of care homes, after my Mum broke her leg at home, was a minefield of uncertainties. Mum couldn’t and didn’t want to go home from hospital and asked if we could look for a care home for her. Suddenly, finding a suitable home, paying its huge fees and selling her home was something our family had never encountered. Finding Eldercare early on in the process was our saviour and I mean that sincerely!! The experience, knowledge, advice and care given by all the staff was excellent. Every query was clearly talked through and explained, leaving us with full confidence that the annuity the family and my Mum decided on was the very best option to negate any future financial worries about her long term care needs.
So, here we are, six months on - Mum very happily living in her beautiful care home near me, house sold and the annuity covering a large percentage cost of the annual fees. Thank you so much Eldercare, we really couldn’t have done this without you and your continuing support.
