I recently had a healing session with Ehsun and it was one of the most powerful and transformative experiences of my life. Ehsun's gentle and compassionate approach immediately put me at ease, and I felt safe and supported throughout the entire process.

The session focused on healing my father wound and Ehsun guided me through some deep and difficult emotions, helping me to connect with my body and understand the emotions that were stored there. He gave me some great techniques that I can apply to my everyday life to continue feeling safe in my body and to continue healing.

What I appreciated the most about the session was Ehsun's ability to create a safe and non-judgmental space for me to explore and process my feelings. He was able to provide me with the tools I needed to gain a deeper understanding of my past and how it was affecting me in the present.

I left the session feeling more grounded, clearer and more at peace than I had in a long time. I am truly grateful to Ehsun for the work he has done with me and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to heal their father wound and feel safe in their body. Ehsun is a gifted and compassionate practitioner, and I am deeply grateful for the work he has done with me.

I didn’t choose Ehsun so much for the weight loss side of things but more so for understanding my eating habits and why I tend to sabotage my healthy eating.

Around 12 weeks ago I pushed through the doubt and followed my intuition to sign up for the weight loss mastery course. From seeing his content online and then following through with a consultation, I knew that Ehsun was someone who was aligned with the journey I was on and that he would be able to help me. Working as a psychological wellbeing practitioner in a stressed state, getting triggered through my work, I knew I had to dig deep to the core of my soul to face my own healing journey.

I went into the process with no expectations and trusted that whatever the journey, it would change my life in a profound way. There are no words to describe what it actually gifted me. The sessions were powerful, healing and uplifting. The process has helped release the trauma of grief that was weighing me down, in a way and pace I didn't know was possible. I also now have a toolkit of resources to utilise and put into practice going forwards.

I am so grateful that our paths crossed. Thank you Ehsun for being your authentic self and offering a safe space to be vulnerable so that profound healing could take place! I feel like a new empowered version of myself, one that is equipped to receive the blessings that are destined for me. 🙏

The Healing the Father Wound Masterclass was the push in the right direction. Ehsun taught us that we need to let go of the hurt. Put that glass down. Grieve. Forgive. Move on. So that space is made to give and receive love. He also taught us that we are all work in progress. Every step is progress. The techniques taught can be repeated till we are at a point where we have made peace with our past. Thank you Ehsun for creating this safe space for us all to meet, share and learn.

Had an intensive Masterclass session today with Ehsun. Didn't know what to expect but at the end I felt liberated... years of trauma and hurt just melted away. Pain was replaced with love. Fear replaced with hope. Was an empowering session and worth it's weight in gold. Was profound and uplifting - have never felt the emotions I felt today. If your on the fence Like I was, my only regret was not signing up sooner!

At first I was skeptical. But coming to the end of the 12 week programme, I have not only learned how to control my weight easily, but to also manage stress levels efficiently. I am now much more confident in the way I feel but also how I carry myself through life. This has really benefitted me in my personal relationships and my work too. I have managed to drop weight, but also I've fixed my relationship with food, and this has been a big thing for me as I used to have eating disorders. Overall, I think this has to be one of the best investments i've made in my life. To me personally, it has made me a new person. Thank you Ehsun, always a pleasure brother.

I signed up to Ehsun's life coaching after a lot of thought, and it's one of the best things I did!

I didn't need to lose weight as such, but I did want to improve my relationship with food, and as cliche as it sounds - become a better version of myself! I've gotten so much more out of this programme than I ever expected.

Ehsun is excellent at quickly pinpointing reasons for certain behaviours, using his intuitive and professional nature, and sometimes sharing his own personal experiences which is inspiring.

I'm now on week 8 and have learnt life skills, how to lower stress levels, and I am still learning! I feel lighter than before, and more in tune with my goals.

Ehsun helped me better understand myself throughout my health journey. I learned that my eating habits are not so much derived from the complexities that I thought about diet from the outside world but more so of what needed to be nurtured in my inner world. Ehsun has a plethora of knowledge when it comes to understanding your body and learning how to listen to your hunger cues.

I am currently on the 12 week transformation course with Ehsun and it has truly been life changing so far. As someone who works 9-5 as an accountant I have always struggled to develop good eating habits and always fell into this guilty mindset whenever I had indulged on food but Ehsun has worked with me to create life changing eating habits and therefore without much effort the weight is falling off. It honesty doesn't feel like a diet if you follow his guidance. Not only has he helped me lose weight and keep this approach for life but he has also shown me various breathing and meditation techniques to deal with daily stress in the workplace and now my mindset to dealing with tricky scenarios has really changed for the better. I feel like a much more confident person. It has been an awesome coaching experience!

It's been just over a year now since I completed a 12 week programme with Ehsun. Can honestly say it's the best investment I have made in myself for many many years. Relationship with food is now more sustainable and comfortable. So physically in a much better place. Topping that though was the gains in general mental wellbeing. Dealing with work, finances, relationships etc. with less anxiety and over thinking.

What an amazing experience it was to work with Ehsun! Truly a professional and a master in his craft. I was able to lose about 15 lbs during the 12 week program. He teaches the basics on how to enjoy what you eat while you’re losing weight. He also provided mindfulness tools that will help me for a lifetime! Ive been following Ehsun on social media for a long time - feel empowered and motivated by the blueprint & by everything he posts. Ive been into personal development/self care since i was a teenager, it's something I focus heavily on and now its not often i come across things that are 'new' now & not recycled but his methods took me by surprise in a positive way. I follow things he says closely and its bought the world difference into my life. He'd helped me in more aspects of my life than he might know! haha :)
I didn't realise why I was so unhappy and stressed majority of my life, but after following Ehsun I realised deeply I lacked putting myself first, even though I thought I was. This mindset will stay with me for my lifetime and get passed down to generations :D thank you Ehsun for being such an influence in my life

Ehsun was referred to me by one of my closest friends. She saw I was struggling with co-dependency and told me to reach out to Ehsun. I’m so glad I did, he provided the guidance and correction that I needed to finally break out of this unhealthy mental state that I’ve been stuck in my entire life (37 years old). After completing his course, I can honestly say I am now in a much healthier mindset than I ever was be before. A very powerful state of mind was unlocked within me because of Ehsun, reprogramming my mind’s framework with power and self love and confidence. He’s given me the methods and practices to maintain this state of power for the rest of my life. To use an analogy: my love-life felt like a category 5 hurricane, out of control and destroying everything around me. Ehsun showed me how to reduce this storm to a category 1 and now it’s small enough to be contained ALL within my hands and completely under my control. Most days now it’s even GONE and there’s nothing but sun and a warm breeze. I’m forever grateful for the power to control these emotions and the peace of mind because of this.
He’s even checked in on me a bunch of times LONG after the course ended just to make sure I was still doing well because he really cares about his clients. He’s the man, you will grow and change for the better with his influence… 1000%.

Started the 12 week weight loss plan with Ehsun nearly 2 years ago. Firstly it is so much more than just a ‘weight loss’ programme. I learned about meditation, manifesting, self love, daily affirmations to name but a few.

2 years on I haven’t regained any of the weight lost (and I’m saying that after only having a baby 11 weeks ago). I used the techniques learned to overcome a difficult labour and start to motherhood and also gain a promotion at work.

I’m a total convert to all things mindfulness and indeed the 7/3 method (sign up to find out more).

Couldn’t recommend the plan, or indeed Ehsun as a life coach more.

It’s not common for me to write a review for someone but my experience with Ehsun just has to be shared. I’ve been struggling with my weight loss for so many years now until I came across Ehsun’s profile. With his weight loss blueprint I went from 57.5kg to 54.4kg in just 3 weeks!! I am so happy with the progress and haven’t felt this great in so many years. It is definitely worth investing in his program because it’s not just a short term fix, it honestly changes your whole mindset. I’m excited to see how the next few months goes but at this rate I have no doubt I’ll be at my ideal weight.
Ehsun himself is also great to work with, he genuinely cares and anytime I have a question for him he comes back with quick and useful advice.
