I did the 6 week Unity program with Ehsun and it was a magical experience for me to learn from Ehsun. These sessions are unlike any other trainings I have attended because each session is a deep soulful experience to live & witness. Ehsun has a unique way of guiding us into connecting with our consciousness through unique breath work practices that help ground our energy through silencing the mind. Ehsun is extremely articulate in guiding us to dig deeper into our emotions, uncover the core wounds & transcend beyond, to embody the vibration of love & wholeness within. The meditation practices were very deep & insightful for it helped us connect with our ancestral lineage and witness how it energetically impacts our reality today. As a woman it was beautiful to witness Ehsun so deeply connected with the feminine dimension of existence and helping other men to honor the feminine within to create a safe space of masculine containment that every woman seeks in a relationship.

I wholeheartedly recommend the Peace Program to anyone ready for deep inner change and the end of emotional suffering. Ehsun’s work is unlike anything I’ve experienced. He weaves together spiritual and psychological teachings, but his power as a teacher comes from his own deep inner work and healing. Everything he shares is fully integrated and embodied - it’s manifested in the way he holds himself, radiating love and peace to everyone around him; you can feel it.

During the program, I accessed emotional wounds I hadn’t reached in years of therapy - layers that would have taken me many more years to uncover - and it happened by the second module! Since then, I use what I learned from Ehsun daily, and my life has skyrocketed on every level. Releasing stuck emotions truly transforms you into a lighter, more loving version of yourself. I received exactly what I wanted from this program - and so much more. The tools he gave me are for a lifetime, and the people closest to me are benefiting from them as well.

Ehsun holds the group with a grace and presence that are both grounding and deeply inspiring. He dissolves the ego’s illusion of shame around vulnerability, even when sharing with strangers. Watching him work with participants live is profoundly disarming - it softens even the most guarded parts of the heart. The light I received through this process helped me reconnect with my own, and I will always be grateful for that. That alone is worth every penny - yet the program offers so much more. It’s designed to make you a lighter, more loving human - and it truly works.

The Unity Program with Ehsun has been a deeply transformative experience for me. It helped me realise that true healing begins with uniting with yourself first, and this program creates that space in the most gentle way.
Ehsun patiently and beautifully explains every part of our inner world ,from emotions to shadows to pain bodies , in a way that feels safe and grounded. One insight that will stay with me forever is his reminder that once we discover our shadows, we shouldn’t rush to fix or reject them. Instead, he teaches us to befriend them. That simple shift turned out to be the kindest and most compassionate way to integrate the shadow, and it changed how I relate to myself.
What makes this program truly unique is Ehsun himself. His spiritual alignment, presence, and depth bring an energy that is hard to put into words. You don’t just learn from him , you feel guided, held, and expanded.

I started the program with my marriage on the rocks. I asked my husband if he would participate with me, but he declined. I felt very alone, but decided to try it anyway so I could at least know that I did what I could.

By the end of the second week, I told my husband that I didn't think it would save our marriage because I didn't think I could carry the load by myself. I continued taking the class anyway. By the end of the third class I remember feeling a sense of hope and a letting go of a lot of hard feelings.

Now, after completing the class, I feel my marriage is flourishing. I no longer get triggered by all the little things that happen. I don't even feel like I'm biting my tongue to hold back a reaction. It is such a wonderful feeling of peace.

I am deeply grateful for this program and to Ehsun for holding space for everyone who participated. I now have the tools and techniques to get through whatever comes my way.

I was skeptical at first, it was the, "I don't need help" or "He cannot help me" mindset that stopped me from fully reaping the initial benefits.

During one session, he singled me out, put me on the spot, I couldn't escape! Ehsun questioned me on my feelings, my emotions, Ehsun's gentle probing helped me answer those questions which I did not want to explore, helped the release of the mental block surrounding my feelings & emotions and thankfully helped release a lot of the pent up trauma which has ultimately helped to improve my relationships.

I found Ehsun's approach to relationships, meditation including the breathwork greatly stimulating and engaging.

I will replay all of the sessions which I have downloaded to help reinforce what I have learnt and pick up bits I missed 1st time around.

Some of the group participants may change from week to week, but you do feel comfortable with the group. I found it always to be a safe and comfortable space with the ability to connect with others on a personal level.

Ehsun has changed my life. I look at my world differently now. I give myself permission to be present and I can apply his advice and see it becoming a transformation on my stability, something I used to rely on medicine for, but not anymore. His teachings solidified my own confidence of relying on myself to regulate my emotions. I’m 29 and this is the highest point of growth to control my reactions to things and focus on the root of my traumas with grace and I have even needed less therapy. He explains things in such conventional terms that you understand his message very quickly so it’s easy to remember and keep in your toolkit. Ever since I started the peace program and unity program, I have magnetized what I want more and more into my life and have cleared a lot of negative energy. His meditation guides have helped me find the true meaning of forgiveness in my heart as well and has given me a lot of hope to repair relationships in my family. Ehsun’s teachings will never not add anything complimentary to any person’s life and should seriously be considered attending.

When I signed up for the Unity Program I had an open mind and looked forward to further growing my spiritual journey and to try healing parts of myself that were possibly still affecting my life negatively. I have been blown away each week by the layers of healing that continue to occur. Issues I have worked on in a 12 step program for the last 29 years as well as therapy apparently have not been touched at this level before. I meditate each day but this meditation work and breath work as guided by Ehsun is on another level. I am so very grateful not only to Ehsun but also to the participants of the Unity Program where we can be gut level honest and vulnerable and feel safe enough to do so which is a gift in and of itself. The program that Ehsun has created, the enlightenment that he offers, the gentle encouragement to not beat ourselves up for having blocks to our growth that we create, is nothing short of a beautiful beautiful blessing. I’ve been working with Ehsun for about two years now. It has been simply life-changing. I’ve done his group sessions, private sessions, as well as his free group sessions and it’s really taught me how to find inner peace, happiness, and has changed my outlook on life. I have worked with Ehsun in his Peace Program and now in the Unity Program. I did a free meditation session with his free community I think the first one he did, and it blew my mind wide open. I’m currently partway through The Peace Programme and already it has been an incredibly powerful experience. I took my time before committing because I wanted to give it the focus it deserved — and I’m so glad I did.

The weekly meetings are deeply enriching. They give me space to learn, reflect, and integrate the healing in between sessions. If I can’t make a session live on Zoom, the recordings are available, which is really reassuring. Having access to all the lecture notes afterwards also helps me revisit and absorb the teachings at my own pace.

The sessions themselves feel sacred, intimate, and safe. Everyone shares with such honesty and vulnerability, and I never feel uncomfortable. That’s a testament to Ehsun, who holds the space with such compassion and presence. He has a unique way of ensuring everyone feels seen and supported, and the genuine love he exudes for each person shines through in every session.

The private portal is another wonderful aspect — a supportive space where members can connect, share, and seek guidance between sessions.

Even though I’m only partway through, I already feel this is the best self-help and healing programme I’ve ever taken part in. It feels like a true investment in myself, and I’m grateful to be guided on this journey by such a gifted and loving teacher.

I am part of Ehsuns Peace program in aug/sep and its been the most incredible and moving experience of my life. So moving and liberating with experiences I will carry for the rest of my life.

I’m a huge fan of Ehsun and his approach to relationships, meditation, unity and peace. He is setting the tone for men and I’m proud say he has been an amazing role model for me. Ehsun is introducing us all to his inner world and how he’s experiencing life through his own journey. I am so grateful I came across this guy! I can confidently say my experience here on earth would truly be missing something if I had not opened my heart up to this unity program and Ehsun’s influence. I will carry what I’ve learned throughout my life, always returning if I get lost. I see a new foundation growing within.
