I thoroughly enjoyed Ehsun's Peace Program.

Ehsun’s personable nature and ability to speak with clarity cut through the noise of the world we live in. His approach helped me uncover insights about myself—why I am the way I am, how I approach life, and how the universe operates on a deeper level.

The program included a series of deep meditations that were profoundly transformative. These sessions allowed me to process and free myself from long-held guilt, sadness, and anger. One particular session, focused on connecting with our inner child, was incredibly impactful. During that meditation, I felt years of repressed anger flooding out of my body.

After releasing that pent-up anger, I felt lighter, calmer, and more content. This change didn’t go unnoticed—friends and loved ones commented on how I appeared more at ease and naturally lighter, which reinforced how I felt internally.

As a 30-year-old Indian man with strong masculine values, I was initially resistant to seeking help. However, Ehsun’s program proved to be invaluable. It has not only helped me navigate my emotions but also given me tools to sustain the sense of lightness and peace I’ve discovered.

I’m committed to carrying forward the lessons I’ve learned and continuing to embrace the transformation this program has inspired.

I was part of the Peace Program that Ehsun offered and was completely blown away by Ehsun's insight, skills, intuition and caring personality as well as by the effects of the sessions. His programs can change your life if you are willing to go for it! You will experience techniques (in the fields of guided meditations, breath work and more) that will have a very profound, possibly life-changing impact. Meanwhile, you will feel safe and held in all your issues at any time. I highly recommend Ehsun Anwar's work to anyone willing to confront old wounds and start living life fully. Peace is waiting on the other side. We all need more of just THIS. Ehsun is an extremely gifted coach and a very caring and supportive human being. I highly appreciate and recommend his work. Peace Program 2024 -
The Peace program ended a few weeks back and since then I have been using the tools/techniques taught during the program alongside some of my own practices on daily basis which has transformed/changed so many different situations (work, interpersonal relationships, relationship with self etc.) for me.
If you are someone who is on a healing journey or are looking to get started somewhere I believe that this program gives you that space, courage and momentum to move in the right direction.

Today, ten months ago, I took a master's class on healing from a father wound provided by Ehsun Life Coaching. This masterclass healed me in one 3-hour session and opened me up to guided meditations. I never looked back to the old way of living. Ehsun's coaching style impacted my life so much that my life has drastically changed for the better. I never knew that I could find the happiness I have been seeking all my life within myself. I am so grateful to find Ehsun on IG; he forever changed my life. I am now starting my own business; I am so happy and have healed from a wound that impacted my life negatively. I was holding on to the pain for 42 years, and I healed from it in 3 hours. Thank you, Ehsun. Without this masterclass, I would have been still living my old autopilot life—so many thanks to you and your services.

I did Ehsun’s 12 week program and it was an excellent experience. He taught me many self healing and meditation techniques that I can use for the rest of my life. He also helped reveal many internal emotional & psychological patterns that I was not previously aware of. I would recommend the program to anyone who wants to make huge strides on their healing journey!

I never worked with a coach before but what an amazing experience/journey this was. I had some very deep and intense sessions with Ehsun which touched me and helped me heal. Healing is a process and every day it continious but for me this changed my life and today I stand different in life, I have made a great step forward and I wish to thank Ehsun for this path!

I could not be more grateful for my experience during the breath work session. I set an intention towards the resentment that I was feeling, The breath work session provided me with the realisation I had been looking for 4 years!!
Today I realised my unmet “need to be seen” and how this manifests in the body and creates physical illness. I was diagnosed with a medical condition which lead to a sight impairment 4 years ago. A massive breakthrough and new awareness knowing that all along I projected my fears around not wanting to “be seen” onto others as a result of my childhood experiences. Which in fact manifested into a sight impairment. I have struggled to accept this part of me and the new way of living.
I finally feel hopeful about my conditions and the future. Thank you Ehsun for the opportunity to let go and face my biggest fear. I also want to thank the lovely group for holding the space for me during my share. I felt “seen” and this in itself was huge for me. A very emotional yet liberating experience ❤️

Ehsun coaching was an amazing experience, it really made me go deep within with his guided meditation and deep breathing techniques.
This brought out many emotions, things I thought I had dealt with and healed but realised that there were parts that maybe I didn’t heal completely, until the coaching with Ehsun. The coaching with Ehsun helped me to heal from past, through the meditation and by journaling from the questions he gave us having a deeper understanding of ourselves and our belief system . I’ve been following Ehsun’s content on Instagram for a while and benefitted immensely from his clips. I was keen on signing up to the program, but couldn’t afford it. Recently I was blessed with some money and found a slot available for the peace program and I jumped at the opportunity!

I was excited to experience a session with Ehsun, and he delivered! His calm presence and aura helped me to feel at ease straight away. The ambience of trust and support he created resonated amongst the 50 or so participants and we created a safe space where we held and supported each other through our painful experiences. It was truly profound.

We just had the first session yesterday and I can already feel the positive impact in my life. My triggers are no longer as strong and I feel better prepared to do the inner work and the breath work, to reduce my limiting beliefs. If you’re considering whether or not this program is for you I would highly recommend it, it’s one of the best investments you will make. Connect to the God consciousness within and let go of everything and everyone else. May God bless you on your journey to heal.

Today was the first session and it was beyond anything that I have ever experienced. If you are someone like me who is on their healing journey and looking for guidance/support/direction this course is definitely for you. The materials are seamless to follow. The session is interactive throughout, giving you safe space to express yourself and to connect with other alike participants. I came out of the session with a deeper level of self awareness. It also connected me strongly with the feeling of compassion for fellow participants. Looking forward to the rest of the program.

First session of the Peace Program.

I would highly recommend this program and it’s only the first session! Every moment of this session was truly amazing. Ehsun covered so much, he is so gifted and knowledgeable at what he does. The breath work he took us through was so connecting to the self and deep.
He has calm presence and aura, he holds space and love for all.
I came to this not having done anything like this before. It was beyond all expectations and truly the best thing I have done for my self. I’m so excited for the sessions ahead and know this will change my life. Thank you Ehsun, keep reaching the people you reach ❤️

Ehsun is truly gifted in the way he approaches his work. He is honest, vulnerable, and very loving. I perceived his energy as a purposeful balance of stable, confident, and safety-bestowing masculine energy and nurturing, patient, kind feminine energy. He powerfully and effortlessly holds space for participants and makes it so easy to slip into a state of honesty and ease, regardless of the fact that there were more than 45 participants in our session call. It's so easy to talk to Ehsun about the deepest parts of ourselves and our lives because he is non-judgmental yet fully involved and present for each person's story and experiences. He intuitively asked all the appropriate questions, patiently guided us through exercises, and even stayed well past the 3.5-hour session to live coach participants with their specific concerns. I took Ehsun's Unity program earlier this year and had some really profound shifts in my relationship with my partner. Ehsun is an extremely present and aware human being and you can tell he has done a ton of inner work and healing to get to the level of presence where he is at now.
In the Unity program he was able to use his presence and knowledge to guide us to our own healing and led me to some big transformation in the way I relate with my partner. In the course my wounds were revealed to me and I was able to heal through them with the techniques used throughout the course. I feel more present, aware and in the now moment after following Ehsun's guidance.
I really appreciate his style of incorporating breath work and meditation in the healing process. I am super grateful for the work that you do Eshun and looking forward to taking a course in the future with you!

I attended Ehsun Anwar’s Unity Program at the beginning of 2024. It was the best thing I’ve ever done for myself and my marriage. Ehsun is a gifted guide and healer. He treats everyone with love and compassion and encouraged us, nurtured us and showed us how to heal. He exudes love and non-judgement and is incredibly intuitive. During the coaching sessions, he assessed needs quickly provided exactly what each person needed to hear in a loving, supportive way and we witnessed profound healing in real time.

I learned so much from Ehsun. The most powerful things I learned were:
1. I’m not a victim. I am the creator of my life. This has so many deep implications as to how I am in the world now. As soon as I get mad at someone or feel taken advantage of, I know how to turn things around to empower myself.
2. I learned how to do Breathwork. Breathwork worked like magic to clear my body of negative emotions, aches and pains and stress. The feeling in my body of calm and peace after Breathwork is indescribably wonderful. By connecting to stillness, I am able to access my true heart.
3. I learned to stop thinking so much and feel what’s happening in my body. This alone made me a much happier person overall.
4. I learned more about my triggers and really saw how my negative behaviors hurt my partner. I am letting go of blame and judgement. I learned how to communicate without triggering my partner, how to be vulnerable and honest and share more about what I’m feeling and going through.
5. I learned the vital importance of lovingly caring for myself. And as I loved myself more, I stopped criticizing my partner. I released so much resentment, anger and shame.
6. I am learning to trust instead of control.
7. I am understanding my life more. Things that happened in the past that were confusing to me and my partner are now clear because of the level of growth that I have achieved.

The beauty of his courses is that they are recorded and can be revisited at any time. There is so much to learn and by having this powerful resource available for my lifetime, I know there is much more wisdom to be harvested.

I attended the Unity Program with my husband and I must say that it has brought in a lot of positive changes in our relationship. the connection between my husband and me has deepened and the love between us has increased a lot. The various exercises that Ehsun made us do were very interesting but also life changing. Usually when we travel, my husband used to get tensed and irritated on small matters like keeping the passport and ticket ready during security check, packing the charger and power bank and such small things. I do things my own way but he was not accepting that. After the Unity program we went on a trip to Finland and this trip was very special. There was no trace of irritation or anxiety in my husband and I too was very calm. We thoroughly enjoyed this trip. I would say this trip is the best one so far out of the many trips that we have done.
Another important change that I have noticed in both of us is that we are now trying to understand the other person's feelings and view points rather than holding onto our tightly. Thanks to the Unity Dialogue exercise that Ehsun made us do. It is very powerful. I am extremely grateful to Ehsun for creating this beautiful program and for bringing in wonderful changes in our relationship. I highly recommend this program.

Ehsun is the real deal! My spouse sent me a video on IG months ago. Like most videos she sends me I click on it and give it a few seconds of my time. Ehsuns video/post instantly had me engaged. And smacked me in the face like no other video. I instantly felt like he was talking about me. I immediately went on the hunt to find a way to communicate with him. I seen he had a link for a consultation. So I booked one right away.

The day of my consultation I was nervous. Im not the type to really talk to anyone about myself. Let alone talk to some guy across the globe.
Anyways we get to talking and he brings up meditation. I instantly struggled to not laugh in his face, it took everything I had to not smile and come across as a straight jerk. Even tho at this point in my life, i am in fact a jerk, with not much compassion for anyone. In addition I’m a six foot eight millionaire of a man. What’s he gonna tell “ME”, that I don’t know already!

Needless to say Ehsun was able to keep me engaged. Before I knew it I was in a deep meditation and crying like a school aged child who just heard no. They were tears of joy. I never in all my life felt so at peace. I instantly knew I needed him in my life.

Fast forward several months later to the current day. I’m two sessions in and I’m already feeling and seeing such an amazing improvement.
My biological mother is a drug addict and has been my whole life. I wrote her off 25 years ago. When I asked Ehsun to help me with resentments. I immediately found out that I had some deep feelings and emotions for her on the subconscious level. I yet found myself emotional like a child. By the end of that first session I felt like someone removed a 50 pound bolder from my stomach.

Two weeks later I’m in my second session. This time I find myself working on my feelings and emotions regarding my father. I’m yet amazed. I thought consciously that I already forgave him and was past it. Nope, Ehsun showed me yet again I had more stuff to unpack. And man did it feel so amazing to unpack it. Another weight lifted off me. This time I couldn’t wait to call my father and tell him directly, that I forgive him. And asked him to forgive me for my past transgressions. My dad became emotional immediately. We spoke like we never spoke to each other before. He opened up about things I never knew.

Ehsuns work is beyond anything you’ve ever seen or heard of. I’ve gotten more done in a 2 sessions then I have in 38 years of life. I have such a sense of understanding, acceptance, compassion, wellbeing and more importantly gratitude. I truly can’t wait for my next session.

Just a few days ago I heard my teenage daughter tell her mom, “ mom that was the best conversation I’ve ever had with dad, that coaching is working”.

I couldn’t be any happier and more grateful to have joined Ehsun’s Unity Program. I knew Ehsun and his work from Instagram and therefore had no doubt that everything we would do as part of the program would be eye and heart opening and accelerate my own spiritual journey. I can definitely say that my expectations were exceeded!

Ehsun is such a wise and beautiful soul and has created an environment in the group calls that felt very safe to be in. His energy is calm and accepting, which made surrendering during the healing sessions very easy. During the breathwork sessions, I had profound realizations about how certain experiences of my past were still stored in my body and affected my life, creating repeating patterns especially in my relationships. What I love was that Ehsun never told us what to do but gave us the tools the go deep within and listen to and trust our own inner voice that has all the answers. I will continue to use these tools and exercises to further release certain blocks and to create peaceful and conscious relationships in my life.

A mind blowing first call with Ehsun. When I signed up for private mentoring with Ehsun last year, I knew it was going to be worth the wait but the first call has truly blown my mind.
