I’ve known my personal trainer Ryan for nearly two years now, and having the opportunity to work with him has genuinely changed my life for the better. From the very beginning, he helped me learn proper techniques, build confidence, and feel comfortable in the gym environment. Before working with him, I was very shy and unsure of myself on the gym floor, but step by step he helped me grow stronger both physically and mentally.
What makes him truly exceptional is the support he gives during difficult times. Earlier this year, in January, I went through one of the hardest periods of my life after suffering from chronic anxiety panic attacks. It completely slowed down my progress and made everything feel overwhelming. But throughout it all, he never gave up on me. He stayed patient, supportive, and continued to work with me at my own pace, always encouraging me to keep moving forward.
Over the past few months especially, he has helped me rebuild my confidence, improve my strength, and feel good in myself again. Today, I can honestly say I enjoy going to the gym, and I feel healthier, happier, and more motivated than before.
His discipline, encouragement, effort, and belief in me made a huge difference in my journey. He’s not only a fantastic personal trainer but also a genuinely caring person who truly wants to see his clients succeed.
To anyone thinking about starting their fitness journey, I would absolutely recommend him. Don’t give up on yourself with the right support and guidance, progress is possible. I’m incredibly grateful for everything he has done for me and for how far I’ve come.
