Terrible service and still no refund
Terrible service and still no refund. I ordered a phone on 23rd December, eventually mid January they said they could not supply the phone and would issue a refund. I am still waiting for this refund, over £600 out of pocket currently and not very happy.

Never Received the Mobile Phone!
We placed an order on December and it was supposed to be 4-6 days delivery time. The company falsely provided a royal mail tracking number which stayed at the same status as 'Item Dispatched by Company' for 2 weeks. When I chased them, they just apologised and kept saying it will be dispatched next few days! I don't believe they will be able to deliver and requested for refund which they haven't agreed! Very unprofessional company and I would avoid them!

I ordered an Ipad mini 14 days ago. Still not received and when you ring the number on the website no answer. They also did not give any update to the order until I contacted them by email.
Update: whilst there was troubles in getting delivery egadgets did reply to my emails within 24 hours and managed to get the parcel to me for Saturday. I am now satisfied with the product and would buy from them again.

After a good 7-8 emails & them saying my order (a Samsung s24 fe smartphone) was 'due to be shipped later this week' it finally arrived just over a month after placing the order even though they state 4-6 working days. I did take into account it being over the Christmas period & expected it to take a bit longer but was about to take further action as I never thought I'd get what I orderd. Saying this. They always replies to my emails and the phone-when it finally did arrive - is fantastic and over £100 cheaper than anywhere else I looked at buying it. So if you're prepared to wait & be patient it's worth giving these a go. But don't be fooled by the short delivery time promise.

Probably Imported products but thats ok!
Ordered a Switch Lite as a Christmas Gift for my Child.
Initially I was skeptical because of the low price point but I thought its worth a punt.
Granted the Switch turned up about a week later than scheduled due to “Black Friday Demand” but as I only needed it for Christmas this wasnt an issue.
Once it arrived it was indeed an official Ninteno switch lite but I think it was imported from Japan. It had a basic 3rd party power adaptor for a UK plug put into the box prior to shipment.
I dont mind this because Nintendo Switch isnt region locked so it doesn’t matter where it comes from in the world and language selection is the first thing that comes up when you turn it on.
I’d just recommend having a USB-C power cable to charge it.
I will be buying from this company again. Just take delivery time with a pinch of salt.

Excellent service - with tiny drawback
The Echo dot was delivered safely, on time and at a price no one else could match. Would have been perfect if it had been dellivered with Englsh instructions and plug. In fact everything was Japanese - plug and instructions! To be fair, there was a supplied adaptor for English socket use, but it was a surprise. Perhaps I didn't read the small print!

Ordered a Samsung tablet for my wife as a Christmas present but they were unable to provide the colour I had originally requested. As I didn't want the alternative colour offered, I requested a full refund. Although payment of the refund took longer than they stated it would (primarily I believe due to Christmas pressures) I was recharged in full. Replies to my emails were also fairly prompt (within 24 hours) so overall I'm a satisfied customer.

Received confirmation then.notification of despatch but no item received.Ordered airpods on 21 Dec with a 4-6…
Ordered airpods on 21 Dec with a 4-6 working day delivery time scale. On 23 Dec received email stating item had been despatched. As no item received by day 6, I checked tracking and saw that royal mail had not received the item. Emailed company asking for an update and was then told that they received notification that the item had been lost in transit and offering to refund plus £5 for inconvenience. I asked for an immediate refund only to then be told that they were unable to reverse the payment without my bank details. I said I didn't feel comfortable doing that and was surprised that in this day and age such a process wasn't possible. Will be raising this with my bank as too many question marks associated with this process.
