What a shower of you know what this company is!!!!!
Waited months for my apple air tags to turn up, still didn’t receive them and had to get my money back! PayPal refunded me immediately with no questions!

Wish I read reviews before buying!!!

After the initial order for Apple AirTags there was no correspondence. I then spent numerous weeks waiting and was advised of various dates when the products would arrive with them - I finally decided that they could not be trusted and requested the order cancelled. I was advised a refund was processed on the 17th March - no monies have been received. And now they are not responding to my emails. I would not use this company again.

Please stay away from this fraudulent company. They don't have products in stock, send meandering emails trying to reassure you that your delivery is being prepared, and then nothing is happening for weeks. When I asked for a refund, multiple times, they kept replying that their account team is busy and then - radio silence. I had to open a case with my credit card provider to get my refund. This company is an utter scam and caused me weeks of frustration. Do not use them.

Couldn’t deliver the product 2 months later (even if delivery was supposed to be couple of days), have accepted to cancel the order and issue a refund, but more than 2 weeks later they haven’t done so. Looks like a scam.

Beware. My order of air tags took 3 weeks to arrive, after sending numerous emails chasing order. I needed to return an item in the order and followed all instructions on website for Returns. Heard nothing. Chased again and was told to send images of item sent these and still no response. Egadgets then asked for bank details, even though I had paid by cc. I complied but no refund received in account and no replies to my numerous emails. Finally I opened dispute with cc company which is ongoing. Do not order from this company as they are not UK based and have appalling business ethics.

Fraudulent company!!
Purchased £2500 worth of stock from them, to be told the order was a large size and it will be a few weeks for delivery. Chased them on this, for them to tell me it won't be delivered and they'll refund me immediately. Then when I chased the refund they said I will need to take it up with my card provider. "Due to an unexpected issue with PayPal, our funds have been temporarily held, May you please open a claim with your card provider, our manager will communicate with you there and the dispute team will also assist you."

They are a scam, taking people's money and asking for the customer to claim the refund from their bank so that they don't have to pay out. Shocking.

They first blamed PayPal putting a hold on funds. They then blamed the supplier being on holiday, then kept saying it’ll be another month. When I asked for a refund they said I need to put a claim through my bank.
Stay away, they are obviously in trouble and you will not get your order!

I have finally given up and now accept that the Samsung S25 Ultra is not going to arrive. The order was placed in November 2024, with full payment made by credit card. eGadgetsdeal provided a Royal Mail tracking number but tracking wasn't possible until RM received the package. Following email contact with eGadgetsdeal, they repeatedly blamed RM and stated that they were waiting for compensation. Not my problem I said... where's my phone! I give up!!

I ordered an Amazon Firestick from this company and it took several weeks for it to arrive. They then promised a good will payment by way of compensation for the late delivery. This has never been sent.

I think I was lucky to receive the goods from this company. Do NOT order from this company.

They offer you cheaper prices but cannot deliver.
You pay with a free 4 day delivery which turns into a 4-6 day delivery which turns into........
"After reviewing your order, we realize our earlier estimate for the dispatch time was incorrect due to the increased supplier delays".
They offer a cancellation after a while and or offered me £5 refund for waiting once the item is delivered.
This never transpired and after over a months wait for the item I was offered a refund. I confirmed I wanted a refund and I got........

We understand you would like to cancel your order. May you please open a claim with your card provider, our manager will communicate with you there and PayPal will also assist you.

I now have to go through an online process to get my money back when they could just give me my money back.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - IT IS FAKE AND THEY ARE JUST HOLDING YOUR MONEY.

Absolutely shocking, ordered on the 15th February, was told it would be 5 day delivery. 5 weeks later and I'm still waiting. I've been in constant contact with them through email and yet they keep giving excuses as to why they can't refund me. This is one of the worst companies to buy from and I sincerely advise anyone else steer clear from them. If I every get a refund then I will update this review.

WARNING - egadgets are Scammers! i saw great deal via OnBuy.com (a middle man broker type website i'll also never use again as its just a platform for these scammers to use) where they advertise goods cheap to draw you in and say goods are New and in stock with 4-6 working days for delivery but reality is they dont have any stock, they take your money then try and source item cheap from abroad whilst sending you generic excuses as to why you haven't received your goods. then when you ask for a refund, you get more excuses before they stop responding! Luckily my bank is going after them for payment recovery. Genuinely, stay clear of egadgets. you'll regret it otherwise! just look at all the other reviews. I've also reported them to ACTION FRAUD and urge others to do the same to help protect others from scammers like these.
FYI - if you google actionfraud.police.uk this is how you can report this company to UK Police Fraud investigations team. My bank gave me there details and I strongly recommend all other victims of this company report them so police know extent of their fraudulent activities and hopefully pursue them as these types of companies should not be allowed to trade.

As per usual reviews on trustpilot about this company: no item, no refund, just the known at least a week late email responses with sorry but no resolution.
A lesson to learn: check trustpilot before buying from companies like that.
Going through credit company refunding.

So despite public "reassurance" on my below review - dont be fooled - 9 days later and I still have no money in my account- another nonsense email requesting irrelevant information about my bank account "in order for the refund to be processed" and a message that it is with the "accountant".

Do not anticipate seeing your money again.

Ordered my Samsung s24 ultra 05.03.25, received it 12.03.25. Was slightly worried, because of reading bad reviews, but everything went smoothly. Had slightly issue with picked colour(purple) - they didn't have that in stock,and asked me if I want different colour, I agreed and item has arrived in 6 working days. Item is from Singapore, sticker on the box was opened from one side and oversticked with customs examination sticker, i think they open them on a boarder for security reasons. Item is authentic I've checked it using IMEI number.Overall I'm happy with phone I bought. Communication was good, but their answers is just once a day between 2am and 7am. Price difference is huge between Argos,curry's,etc. Worth to buy, will buy more in future. Thanks

Awful experience and awful company! Very bad customer service—just scammers!
I have been waiting for over a month for my refund after canceling my order for a Samsung Galaxy S24 S9210 8GB/256GB (Shipment #EGSH100096452 for Order #EGOD100100305) due to delays, yet I have received nothing.
Despite multiple emails, they keep promising to refund my £479.99 within 3 to 5 working days, but weeks have passed, and I am still waiting. I had to escalate the issue through my bank and file a dispute, almost 2 months now yet there’s still no refund or solution. My advice keep your money for trusted sites

Just awful!
Waiting over a month for my Google pixel 8a (ordered on 6th Feb). Was sold as 3-5 day delivery.
Company doesn't answer emails.
If the owner of this company is trying to run a legitimate business, then I hate to break it to them, but they are very, very bad at their job and should try a different career!
I suspect it's just a scam though.
If you have come to trustpilot to decide whether to use that company, then you will have already realised by now that you shouldn't. All other people visiting this site have probably been scammed like me!

I turned to this company after I had had a very, very disappointing experience with another online tech firm. The other company had ignored numerous requests to them to cancel my order. They treated me very badly as a customer.
In contrast, I found this company a dream. Great price great turnaround time I’m very happy.

Claimed the item had been sent - never got to the courier as the courier's tracking clearly says. One generic response from them saying nothing at all and then nothing since. Awful company, avoid at all costs

I ordered a new pair of Samsung galaxy ear buds at the beginning of February. Over a month later, I have not received them. I have asked for a refund which was promised within five working days, but that time has passed and no refund has appeared in my account. At rhe moment, it feels like they have just stolen my money.

Update: as mentioned in their response below, I have been refunded via PayPal who were great. That had nothing to do with egadgets, that was myself contacting PayPal and arranging this independently of egadgets. I would never ever use them again.
