I ordered an item, paid for it, and it wasn't in stock. I kept sending emails over many weeks asking for a refund but they ignored every email. About two months later it arrived. I would never recommend this site/company. Avoid!!

I ordered 2 gravity chairs on 4.4.21. The website showed they were in stock, I received a confirmation email and payment was taken from my account the same day. There was no further communication about the order from Eckman, and no replies to my emails. Today, I called the customer service number I found in a review (020 3455 0497) and was told the chairs were out of stock until Tuesday. The representative was helpful and cancelled the order when I asked and said a refund will be made to my account in 3-5 days, but couldn’t send an email to confirm this as she wasn’t in that department.

Much the same as others have already written.

I ordered 2 zero gravity chairs, have been charged for them but no delivery. I've heard nothing from the company either despite trying to contact them numerous times.

Avoid them at all costs.

Update - Thankfully read one of the reviews to get the customer service number of 020 3455 0497. Called them to get a refund. No apology or any of your good customer service practices, just the basics of "your order is cancelled, the refund will take 7-10 working days". I'll be delighted to get my money back and never have to deal with this bunch again. An awful company.

I wish I had seen these reviews before placing my order I ordered two gravity chairs on the 9th April I still haven’t received them and we are now into may I have messaged them numerous times and still had no reply

I would like to think at this point that some form of ombudsman or consumer rights company would be looking to shut down this company based on the reviews left here alone.

As with all other reviews below.

Made an order on 04/04 no notification the product is out of stock. No notification that I would not be receiving a product.

Contacted the company twice by email no response.

Total scam, most likely hoping you don’t waste your time to ask for a refund.

Just received my columnar fruit trees today. Delivery was on time and the tree stalks have lots of shoots on them. I shall look forward to watching them grow. Also came with a handy growing fruit guide book.

Ordered an item that was shown as in stock, 10 days later my order was still processing. They didnt have any stock but still took my money. The contact telephone number is also expensive per minute with a high connection charge, but you have to call that number to then be given the customer service number of: 0203 4550 497. My order has been canceled but I am not confident about the refund as I was told that the money wasn't taken due to having no stock. However the money has left my account so I will have to wait 10 days to see if the refund was processed.
I do not recommend wasting your time with this company

Should have checked the reviews first. Ordered two chairs in April. No delivery date given. Chased up with email, no response. Rang using premium rate only to be told they were out of stock until June....Asked for refund 7 to 10 days. Didn't take that long to take the money from me!

I am absolutely fuming!! I ordered 2 chairs a week ago...paid the fee for 48 hour delivery (laughable) no reply to emails I've sent.i really wish I had stuck with Amazon and read these reviews first 😈

I ordered chairs from this company 10 days ago. The web site said they were in stock and that I would be sent tracking information when they shipped. I have heard nothing and the company aren't answering my emails

Ordered something a few weeks ago and paid extra for the 48hr dispatch. The item was never dispatched and it wasn’t until I emailed a week later that I was informed that it was out of stock. Virtually no communication from the company. The order was swiftly cancelled when I called. I would recommend doing this instead of emailing however they do charge for calls.
I wouldn’t recommend this company - like others on here, I wished I’d read these reviews before hand.

I needed to cancel an order that I had made for two chairs. I emailed the company and contacted them by telephone and had no problem speaking to someone on the phone and my order was cancelled immediately. I also received email responses regarding my cancellation. Payment was reimbursed within 24hrs.
Thank you - I could not have received a better customer service - after reading previous reviews I felt I had to write about my experience.

Placed an order in February, still not received goods, I have emailed 4 times, when they eventually reply they give another date, which does not happen. 7 weeks later have spoke to customer services, which is a call centre to ask for a refund. The person on the phone was rude and if I do not receive my refund I will be going to the police.

Ordered 3 fruit trees from Eckman. What eventually arrived was 3 dried up twigs. Only 2 had 1 strand of a root and the 3rd was a rootless twig. Two of the twigs had labels written in Serbian which we had to use Google Translator to identify. Thought we were purchasing from a uk Grower...Avoid !

Warning...Do not order anything from this Company,
I placed my order on the 4/3/21& my payment was taken on the 5/3/21. Since then I have had no reply to my e-mails asking when can I received my goods. Plus
I tried on several occasions to call their number no reply? Going to go to my Bank now to try & get a refund if possible!!

Ordered 2 Zero Gravity Chairs listed as in stock. Waited 10 days for dispatch to only then be told they wouldn't be in stock until the 5th of May! Waste of time, shop elsewhere!

I ordered on the 22nd of February and didn't receive any updates on my order. On the 16th march I rang customer service and turns out the product hasn't been in stock for a while. However, she was quite helpful and offered to either cancel my order or wait a few my days for the item to be restocked. I would stay away from this company however, if you have ordered and not received call customer service and cancel.

This company needs removing from the system..they are really stealing money..bought item on 28th Feb..confirming order with 48hrs dispatch..tried to ring number..realised later its premium number..no one answered after bring first in queue for several minutes..am sure my phone bill will be high...no replies from all emails...will go through my bank for refund now..Dont buy anything from them
