Do not use this company. They did not deliver and it took weeks to get my money back via Resolve.

Had 3 so called fruit trees in July. They are 3 leafless dead twigs with no roots. Buy at your peril.
Absolutely disgusted. Pity I had to give 1 star in order to post a review.

I am beyond frustrated first you sent my 3 patio fruit trees meant to be pear, cherry and apple one was dead after months of emails and phone calls I was sent 3 more two of these look dead and I don’t think any are cherry trees

I also ordered the fruit trees but was foolish enough to opt for the six tree deal through Wowcher. When they arrived only one had visible roots and none had any side shoots or branches to speak of. Basically I received six twigs. Live and learn, avoid this company at all costs and thoroughly research wowcher deals before purchase.

Another complaint re-Ekman3 sticks arrived one has leaves and now the other two are still sticks they are fed watered nurtured and complained about to no avail. No emails are responded to phone calls have cost me £5 due to their 0844 number and I was told to hold and was cut off never to be able to ring and get anyone again totally disgusted We all know we are not going to be receiving trees laden with fruit but a little more than a 60 cm tweak would be useful. We can get 4 foot highTrees from Aldi or Lidl

Gave it a 4 star as one of my fruit trees came with out visable roots ,I've still planted it other two have plenty of roots .
Took 3/4 days to come after I purchased so I can't complain after seeing some of there reviews which are bad . Hopefully I've planted right and see some progress in few years .

Terrible company who share personal data with other customers!

I wrote to Eckman to complain about them delivering a customers product to my house which was not mine. I looked for the customer online searching their name to no avail. I kept the plant here for a week or so not knowing what to do with it. Then a very cross lady turned up at my house claiming I'd stolen her plant. She entered my property without my permission and was extremely rude. The worst thing about all of this, is that Eckman had given her my address. I have attempted to contact them but have been ignored since April!

I'm sure their behaviour is in breach of data protection laws, e.g. GDPR!

Terrible customer service. Ordered chairs at end of march 2020. Chased and chased with no reply. Then I asked my bank to refund the money, a week later I received a letter to say I had refused delivery!! I returned the letter asking for proof of refused delivery, a week later my chairs arrive via DPD. Your customer service is terrible. I will not buy from you again or recommend you.

I have placed my order on 2nd May and was told that the order was due to be delivered on 7th June, still nothing and getting any sort of reply is dame hard. Might have to go to there warehouse if i do not get any response soon.
Good to take money.

I ordered 2 zero gravity chairs/ fruit trees last Friday and as I hadn’t received a dispatch email by the Monday , I panicked after reading so many bad reviews and contacted the site.
Customer services sufficiently replied to my email straight away - very polite,reassuring and my order arrived the next day packaged well and with a complimentary gardening book :)
People complaining that the fruit trees look like twigs- you have to plant, grow and nurture them. (Explains in product details that images are expected results from tree maturity) You are not going to receive 3 full and luscious trees full of fruit for £30!

I ordered a battery operated water pump in May. I was charged £4.99 (delivery within 48hrs)....No email was sent to inform me when or if I would get a delivery. I have sent a couple of emails to enquiry about my order as I still haven't received anything yet.
I called 02034550497 today and the person on the phone informed me that the reason I didn't receive my order was because it was out of stock !! I have requested a refund which should be in my account within 7 days.The question is why wasn't I inform at the time of order that my item was out of stock or if it became out of Stock afterwards why did I not receive an email to this effect ? If I don't get a full refund within 7 days from today I will take it further.
It is the first time I order something online and come across such an appalling customer service! Keep away from Eckman!!

I ordered my garden chairs over two months ago and after repeated emails from me asking when my chairs would be delivered they told me they are out of stock, then that they have left their depot, then that they are with a courier but three weeks after that still no sign and they cannot give me a tracking number. I asked for a refund and to be fair, it was issued in good time.
It would have been better if they had sent me an email confirming my order (I only knew my tracking number because I took a note of it), and kept me up to date with estimated delivery times. Otherwise I would have had no record of anything.

Dont buy from this company wish i had read reviews first i paid £35 for fruit trees and got 3 dead twigs waste of money.

Wish i had read reviews waited for zero gravity chairs to be delivered had to ring each week to be told will be delivered next week finally gave up asked for money back still having to ring each week for a refund from April

This site does not deliver the goods but takes your order and money what a scam !!!!!!!! Wish I had read reviews before I ordered !!!!!!!!

I wish I'd read these reviews before I made a purchase! Order placed 14th May, no email confirmation, no update, had to chase by phone - item out of stock. Same item available elsewhere from other suppliers but Eckman's delivery promise was better and I wanted it in a hurry - now ordered elsewhere

DO NOT USE ECKMAN I’ve waited over 6 weeks now for my no gravity chairs. When they said it takes 3-5 days delivery. & still no sign of them. I called them up & they are happy for me to go to court. They will file bankruptcy so they don’t pay out....
Con merchants

Very poor service, Ordered item 30th March, wrong item arrived, had to return it. 4 phone calls later and 5 weeks later package arrived, wrong item again, have to return this. A further 3 weeks will elapse before I can start phoning again. Asked for refund. See what happens there. Do not buy from this company. Save yourself much time and lots of headaches

Same as everyone else ordered two chairs and nothing, just out of interest has anyone got any zero gravity chairs from eckman as they said they would be in stock the first week in may

Eckman continues to trade and as yet no response despite my query from end of 2020. This Chinese company continues to lie and as the UK let it trade with very poor regulation standards it is getting away with it.
Manufacturers will have a legal requirement to make spare parts available to customers, which aims to extend the lifespan of products by up to 10 years and cut carbon emissions from the manufacture of new goods. This UK law needs to extend to my electrical Eckman saw. A complete muti function saw is required replaced due to a sprocket chain drive costing less than £3.00. The saw initially cost almost £200.00. Eckman trading with spare parts is unacceptable as was their lies to me covering up no company spare parts.
