needed a new trimming spool and line tried on line but could not find what i wanted, phoned the telephone number in the manuel but the person on the other end was a waste of time and not helpful at all, told us to go on amazon ,its a new strimmer only been used twice, what a waste of time model is GEGT006 EKERMBC ,its going down to tip.

They passed on my details to a company called Premier Offers who took money from my account. They call you and trick you into saying you’re interested in what they are offering, but without disclosing that they have your card details. It’s a fraud. Do not deal with these people!

I bought fruit trees and have received my items however I then got a phone call offering me vouchers and a lady saying she was going to take a postage fee from my account.

Do not buy from these people, they pass on your bank details and other personal details. I have just had to cancel my card and get a new one to have peace of mind.

How a company can be allowed to operate like this is unbelievable. Crooks.

Sells your details including card number! Sure this against the law! I only used eckman once at least 2+ years ago. Never used again as trees died very quick! Rude customer service (spoke today). Will never use again.

I bought 6 patio fruit trees. There was a 15 day money back, but after all these months, only one has a couple of leaves. Also the info is in another kanguage so I'm not sure which one is alive. I have made up the date as can't find my info.

I have bought electric cloth dryer back in October after 32 days have stopped working. I have to argue with costumer service to refound my money as they have 30 days returning policy. My bank card with my details and shipping address has been used for fraudulent transactions after purchasing this product I also keep receiving fraudulent offers from different companies. Please avoid this site

I purchased a metal, supposedly powder coated (for protection), garden arch in October 2016. Within a short period of time the protective coating started flaking off. Within six years it has corroded so extensively that it has fallen apart. I would love to be able to upload a photo for all to see what the present condition is. Do not buy metal garden arches from Eckman, the quality is extremely poor and their guarantee is maximum 12 months. They know how poor the quality is.

I did not continue with my initial purchase of a heated airer as it never materialised! Eventually I cancelled the order and demanded a refund but have just been contacted today by a company called premier books who claim to have been asked by eckman to provide me with a £15 book voucher as a Thankyou! They wanted confirmation of my address. I am not happy if Eckman have passed my phone number to them.

I have contacted Trading Standards about this company. They have sold on my details to a third party scam company who have signed me up to a rewards scheme that I didn't ask for. I have had to get my bank involved to stop them taking £69.99 a month from me. Payment details was passed on from this company!

I regret using this company. Not only did the 3 tree arrive dead, my bank card was immediately stolen from.

I now get unsolicited calls claiming to offer free cashback card and other discount scheme that I have not agreed to. When challenged, the callers immediate hang up

Ordered a strimmer and was told it was on the way. Two weeks later I told them it had not arrived and they said they had retrieved it and repaid in full. The delay was such that I did the work with shears, so good exercise and I lost no money but it seems a very odd way to work. I wonder how many of their products spend time going back and forth without getting to the customer.

Yesterday I placed and order for 3 fruit trees on their website ekman.co.uk. Following the purchase I signed up for an account in order to track my order. I received instant email verification of the account sign up, however no order confirmation. I checked my account and it stated no orders had been made!. I called the company to ask to explain my concern as I checked my online bank account and it showed as transaction pending for the purchase. I was told by Ekman that it could take a few hours to show up, which in itself is very strange. I said I'd wait a few hours and on checking today I saw it's still not been confirmed although payment transaction is still pending. I spoke with their so called customer service and emailed for a refund and to cancel - they ignored it and sent is anyways. Arrived 3 bald sticks.

Please how can one report Eckman. They are fraudsters. They send you a set of 3 dead sticks to plant. Is that not fraudulent.
Please do not buy anything from them.

Ordered 3 fruit trees from Eckman, arrived in a very poor state, no root system and pretty much dead. Will not survive.

On top of that I started getting spam calls from some random people who said they got my details from Eckman. Unsolicited spam and dead plants.

Do not do business with Eckman, you have been warned.

I ordered a telescopic window cleaning brush, contacted the order line and was given the expected in stock date. My order was delivered within 7 days of the date I was given. Good information and delivery, many thanks.

I placed an order for 2 sets of small fruit trees (Apple/Pear/Cherry) and when they arrived, all of them were labeled as apple. Called the customer service and I was told there was an error labeling the trees at the warehouse and there's no way to tell them apart. 2 broad issues: if they were aware of the issue, why not proactively reach out to customers? And 2: why the absolute lack of accountability on their part? Terrible service, will not be using them again.

Got some pretty dead fruit trees that I might be able to revive, but also got my information sold to scam companies who are calling quoting my eckman order to prove their authenticity.

Arrived broken. Sent email. No response after 1 week. Phoned . Told to send pics of broken item..”and we will respond within 2 days”. LIE. NO RESPONSE. DO NOT TRUST THEM…BELIEVE ALL THE REVIEWS HERE.
STILL WAITING ….will have to raise with credit card (Mastercard)
