Das Produkt kam sehr spät an. Obwohl in der Produktbeschreibung und beim Herstellungsort "London" angegeben war, war der Flaschendeckel mit einer Plastiktüte umhüllt und es stand auf Türkisch geschrieben, dass das Produkt in der Türkei hergestellt wurde.

Ihre Bestellung wurde am 24. April aufgegeben und am 3. Mai geliefert – das sind genau 7 Werktage. Auf unserer Website sowie bei den Versandoptionen geben wir eine Lieferzeit von 7 bis 14 Werktagen an, abhängig vom Zielland. Ihre Lieferung war somit pünktlich und innerhalb unseres angegebenen Zeitrahmens.
Was die Verpackung betrifft: Es stimmt, dass dort „London“ steht. Die Rezepturen und das Konzept stammen ursprünglich aus London – dort wurde auch die Marke entwickelt. Die Produktion erfolgt jedoch in der Türkei, was ein separater Teil des Herstellungsprozesses ist.

As for the packaging: it’s true that it mentions "London." This is because the formulas and brand concept were originally developed in London. However, the actual production takes place in Turkey — these are two separate parts of the process.

They didn’t just send the missing dermaroller—they went above and beyond by including an extra one, plus a free shampoo and conditioner as a gesture of goodwill. I’ve now received everything, and I’m genuinely impressed with both the quality of the products and how well they handled the issue.
Mistakes can happen, but it’s how a company responds that really shows their values. Mossi London proved they care about their customers. Five stars from me—highly recommended!

I've been taking the ordered vitamins for a few days now, but it's still too early to speak about their effectiveness. The biggest issue is that when they dissolve in my mouth, they are extremely sweet and quite unpleasant, almost like an artificial coffee sweeteners.
