The directors and great team of dukin, have gone out of their way to help resolve my concerns and I'm greatful for the out going customer service, I reccomend dukwins watch winder to anyone looking for a luxurious look especially if you are wanting to up your watch game, to name brands like rolex, omega.

The team at Dukwin was incredibly responsive and caring. They offered me a few options, and the product appears fantastic.

I like the construction of this watch winder box and its a beautiful piece of functional furniture. The settings were a bit difficult to see and learn, but I must say the company took the time to support me with information on the functionality of my new winder box. It's functioning very well! So far, it is working great!!

Finger weg!!! Nach ca 2 Wochen löste sich eine Schraube, kurz danach ging das Schloss nicht mehr zu bzw auf . Wir bekamen dann immer ein Link wo man sich ansehen kann wie man das reparieren kann. Geht's noch.....das Gerät war 14 Tage alt ... Nein wir wollten es zurück geben!!!! Wir kontaktieren den Händler erneut und jetzt sollten wir dann ein Video machen wo man sieht was kaputt ist, was wir natürlich taten. Der Händler könnte sich das Video nicht ansehen 🤦 wir sollten es jetzt auf einmal über WhatsApp schicken... Also kurz gemacht. Wir haben dann der Käuferschutz von PayPal eingeschaltet und haben jetzt endlich unser Geld zurück bekommen ( Zoll und Porto natürlich nicht).

A well-made watch winder that exceeded my expectations and is easy to use and super quiet.

I purchased a 9 position winder last year. Purchase went very well., A few weeks ago the remote control stopped work. I emailed customer service and they immediately responded with some things to try which did not work. Without hesitation they sent me a new remote and a cable that might be the problem, The new remote didn't work but i did not want to take the winder apart to install the cable. No problem they said. They sent me a UPS label to their repair center. I was going away and asked not to return until I got back. I emailed when i got back and within days I had my winder back and all repaired.

What I praise most is their responsiveness to my emails and requests.

They responded quickly with clear and concise instructions to rectify the problem.

I ordered a 12 watch winder, but unfortunately there were stock issues. When I reached out to Dukwin the support was amazing. They offered an alternate model that had additional features at no extra cost.
It arrived in 2 days and was extremely well packaged.
The quality seems great and it’s been running perfectly for 2 weeks since it arrived. Very impressed and would recommend them to anyone looking for a good quality product at a reasonable price point.

China Schrott, hab den mit 3 Uhren Beweger und Fingerprint bestellt. Noch drei Wochen war der Fingerprint kaputt. Rücksendung nicht möglich aus seltsamen Gründen, es wurden 50€ erlassen.
Nach ca. weiteren 3 Wochen funktionierte einer der 3 Uhrendreher nicht mehr. Es wurde mir ein neues Gerät geschickt, wo die grüne Papkarton Front mit der Aufnahme der Uhren komplett gebrochen war.
Nach Nachfrage hieß es, ich soll den einen als Ersatzteillager nutzen um mir selbst einen brauchbaren zu bauen.

The second winder I purchase from them was received damaged. The team handled the return and replacement swiftly and smoothly.

I found their products while searching tirelessly on the internet. And as soon as I saw their item listed, I was already intrigued and hoped it was a legitimate product from a reputable company. Which, luckily it was!

I bought their two watch winder for my husband's graduation present after completing Naval Officer Candidate School. He loves it! He was able to admire it just for a bit before we had to move shortly afterwards. We lost the cord to charge it and the customer service we got to replace it was exceptional!

The delivery service was great, and overall a great company to spend your money on one of their products!

The best way to display and care for watches I got the 12 winder special and it is amazing not only does it do all it is said to the finger print lock the piano wood finish but I can sit and stare at the colours and it is so peaceful and relaxes me. My friends have no idea what it is and all are impressed by it. Spend the extra and buy the special you won't be dissapointed I'm in Australia and delivery was fast and easy it is packed in foam then 2 sturdy strong cardboard boxes no way it can be damaged 5 stars for an item I am proud to have in my home it's a ripper ...

Great product and at a good price i liked it so much i bought another one and also recommended to a friend who now has one and is very happy, with the led light on it shows off the watch collection very well.

I bought a 4 watch winder and loved it, but I kept eyeing a larger set. I was able to email Dukwin and they set me up immediately with a new one and sent me directions of sending in old one with no issues. Amazing customer service.

The process to order my box was very easy and had free shipping and was delivered in a fast time. The item was packaged very well. When i opened and observed the winder, it was beautiful and the instruction book made everything easy to set up. I love the lighting and remote control and the fingerprint security is a special touch. I would definitely recommend purchasing a watch winder from Dukwin!!!!!

Had a great experience working with this company, especially their customer service. The product is as advertised, very quiet and gets the job done.

I had high hopes for this watch winder, but within a week, it started making a loud noise. I sent a video of the issue, and after over a week of back-and-forth emails, they finally said they’d send me a replacement motor—but I’d have to install it myself. Even worse, I still haven’t received confirmation that the replacement has even been shipped. Terrible customer service and an overall frustrating experience. I wouldn’t recommend this product.
