I wanted to use the winder for a while before I reviewed it so I could give honest feedback.
I was looking for a new watch winder and needed to find the right one. Number of winders, functionality and price were important and so was meeting all of my needs. I'm the type of person that researches everything in detail. When I found the Dukwin 4 Watch Winder, it seemed to check all of the boxes.
I had a ton of questions and every time I contacted customer service they were quick to respond with all of the answers. It looks great and arrived in perfect shape. I needed to wind 4, have a drawer and the ability to display other watches that don't need winding. Check, check and check. This is the only one I found with everything I needed at a fantastic price. It's so quiet I don't even know it's turning. It's in my office but I could put it on my bedside table and it would not bother me at all. The drawer has a lot of room and the watch holders are very adjustable. My watches fit without a problem. I'm very happy to have found the Dukwin and I would recommend it to anyone. As a matter of fact, I already have.

The winder looks great and is a clever design. I like how I can daisy chain them. The only issue I have is screwing the cover on can be tricky.

Dukwin products are great quality, strong, sturdy, and very appealing to the eye. Customer service is great. Quick responses and accommodating. My husband loves his new watch spinner.

Excellent watch winder, extremely quite and well made. Only downside is with the round glass dustcover. The threads are finicky to get engaged. I would recommend using a magnetic system verses the threads. Would be appreciated by us older folks whose hands are no longer rock steady.

This product is in a league of its own! I have owned several watch winders through the years. I have never seen anything that compares to this beautiful machine. It’s a joy to come home to or to wake up and look at your beautiful display of watches. The date and times are always spot on. Just grab one of your watches and change it up every day. I love this product. Five stars plus.

Excellent watch winder !! The minimalist clean design makes its a great display in whatever area you place it. Love that you can position the non winding watches slightly upright so all 8 watches are visible. Silent motor and easy to set up. Quick delivery and great customer support

I purchased my watchwinder in October of 2023 and it stopped working in July of 2025. Didn't even last 2 years. Don't waste your money on this Chinese made piece of junk. Their customer service is not much better than their product. I contacted them about the problem with the watchwinder. After several days of communication they offered to ship parts from Hong Kong for $250.00 and they expected me to replace them myself. I was not willing to that without any guarantees that this would fix the issue. I kept pressing for a solution. Dukwin stated that they couldn't offer any discount because I purchased my watchwinder on e-Bay. It is a total lie. After I sent the copy of my credit card statement to them proving that I bought it directly from Dukwin they lowered shipping charges to $200.00. Again with me doing the work and no guarantees that this garbage made in China will last. Stay away from this company they are bunch liars and crooks.

Beautiful box. The spinning watch holders are easy to remove and slide watches on and off of. Very quiet compared to the our older watch winder.

Very good experience and a really high quality product. Had a slight issue with a loose screw on one aspect (likely loosened in transit) but very well communicated with their service team and all resolved in less than a day.

Would wholeheartedly recommend both the winder and their customer service as I love mine.

Haven’t had the item long but do far here’s my thoughts . You can hear it turning but it’s soft , the light is ambient not bright . I do wish when you opened the door the light got brighter . Also you have to manually turn the knob to stop rotation when you open door to select a watch . My other turner stops when door opens . Over all it holds 12 watches plus 6 on base that don’t turn . I got it on sale so it was worth the price I paid . Not ideal features but it’s working so that’s the main goal .
