Product is nice but very hard to get any response from support. All you gat is a chat it but no replies to emails or whatsapp.
Shame the customer service doesn't match the product.

I have 2 watch winders, each take 3 watches, bought 1st one in 2022, was delighted with it, so, as my collection was growing, I bought another one in late 2003, it had some nice new features, illumination, watchs stop when you open the door all good.

But, as part of the re design they changed the lugs you squeeze to remove the watch, these seem to be a weak point, I've had a few break.

The customer service at dukwin is 1st class and usually replace the broken item, but, maybe a look at the design is required, as the holders in the 1st one seem OK

Product looks great and functions correctly after some repairs. I purchased the 9 watch case and the entire top row was not working. After a couple of emails with customer service, they asked me to dismantle the case and ensure the motors on the top row were connected to the circuit board.

It was easy enough to do, but for $700, I was disappointed that it came without motors connected or the upper light being plugged into the board.

The QC check sticker on the back must be put on during the production process, and not after an actual quality check!

Okay product. Not worth of money

Dukwin makes the the absolute best watch winders on the market. They are incredibly high quality. They are solid, well made, and really nice looking. Their customer service is great as well. Their watch winders are a tremendous value for the cost. I would highly recommend them.

When I first received my watch safe I had some difficulty programming the winder motors. I emailed support and we figured out that I had a bad motor or circuit board. They sent me out both at no charge and provided installation videos. As they instructed I changed out the motor first and that fixed the issue. They told me I didn’t need to send back the circuit board. The winder works perfectly now. I am very pleased with their support and love the winder safe!

I receive a very nice case better than what than what i aspected. And it was delivered as promised.

They have THE WORST customer service. I bought one as a gift and it arrived, bro you can only get a refund by emailing customer service in which they try to tell you to fix it yourself with instructions how. After denying that and wanting a refund they offered to give me $50 off. After denying that, they sent a one line response “we will send you a return label soon.” What kind of answer is that? Still waiting for this return label and the product arrived a week ago. This whole company is a scam.

I love my Dukwin unit! I contacted them recently as I had an issue with my door not staying closed. Customer service helped me find a new piece and screws to fix it and shipped it immediately.

The quality of this watch winder box was amazing. It was a huge hit with my husband as a birthday gift. It now houses his luxury watch collection beautifully.

I did a lot of research before selecting a winder and case and am glad I went with Dukwin. I got the YG22B, 3 winders and 4 display plus jewelry drawer, fingerprint lock. It has so many settings that allows you to customize it to your specific needs so you make sure your watches are handled with care, aren’t overwound, etc. Also, the customer service is incredible. They were very quick to respond and addressed my needs without issue. I’ve shown it off to friends and family that are watch enthusiasts and they all told me they plan to order one. I like to give honest reviews and don’t just go around ranting and raving about every product I buy, but this review was deserved. Great quality, great product, great customer service. What more can I say.

Put my brand new watch in the winder and put it in a drawer. Came back 8 days later and the date bubble on my brand new watch is scratched so badly you can't read the date anymore. Scratch marks on the glass of the winder, too

My husband is a watch enthusiast and has searched for a winder for a while! I surprised him with this one because of the size, the quality, the quiet motor, warranty and value. He loves it!
