The watch tower has a led display that doesn’t work. I’ve notified customer service and sent pictures but nobody has responded.

After lots of researching I chose the Dukin 4 watch winder for my husband. He already had a Wolf 2 watch winder that while it worked fine, the case rubbed the case/crystal of some of his watches as the depth of the case itself was too shallow - terrible design for a luxury watch winder! The Dukin has plenty of room, it is quiet, and luxurious looking with lots of nice storage for all of his jewelry and other watches. It was easy to order online and the watch winder was delivered within a few days. We are very pleased with the quality of the Dukin and their customer service!

The product looks great, with a high-quality finish, and it’s very quiet. The instructions could include more detail on the configurations and settings, but their customer service is responsive and helpful. I recommend this brand.

The fact that the staff of your company actually want to help you!
Instead of "fobbing you off" with senseless remarks they listen and read the observations made by their customers.
Overall, a really good company!

I just ordered my second watch winder from Dukwin. Their products are amazing and the one time I needed support (I just needed an extra cushion for my daughter’s watch) they went above and beyond to help.

High quality product that looks amazing in my bedroom and displays my watches whilst keeping them maintained. I went for the 8 watch winder and couldn’t be happy and can’t recommend this product enough if you are a watch enthusiast.

The product is very high quality and feels premium. Winder quiet and incases the watch perfectly. I had a package that arrived with the wrong item and customer service was very responsive to fix the problem. That gave me trust in the company and product.

I ordered a winder and immediately tried to ask a question about the item to make sure I had the correct item. After a day, I sent another email to follow up. Then a third. After the third email and no confirmation of my question or order, I emailed to cancel my order. About 1 to 2 days later, I submitted my dispute to my credit card.

Then a few days after I sent my dispute, I finally get a email. They stated that they have been emailing me but none of those correspondence went through. But somehow the one day magically went through.

By this time, I was so fed up with this experience, I just asked for a full refund. But this company has this policy that if you cancel, even if the issues that caused the cancelation and customer frustrations and experience was not the customers fault, they will charge you 5%. It was never disclosed well and clear before you order that if you order and cancel, even if they didnt send it or send you correspondence, they will charge you.

In 2026, I have never ran into such an issue with a company and their policies so I need to warn everyone who orders from Dukwin for their winders. This is not a company I would ever trust again and I have been in retail and service industry for 20+ years.

Take your cash elsewhere with a company with a better policy. No amount of discussion with them will lead them to do the right thing

Had an issue with the pads the watches go on but I was using them incorrectly
I sent a message to customer service and the were so prompt at instructing me how the watch is to be put on the pad…. They were excellent

Customer service is extremely helpful and responsive. I bought this for my husband's birthday it is beautiful.
