Great to catch the D&D sale, managed to get my son some great get up for starting uni next month and another pair of loafers, which I don't need but love. This is such a fantastic brand, the whole family love it.

These loafers are great quality
These loafers are great quality. Super light and comfortable but dressy enough for the office too. The goat leather is soft and these have a great shine to them. Overall, super impressed with the quality. Customer service was also excellent when I had questions.

Loafers not identical to marketing images
I purchased the EZRA BLACK TUMBLED RUCHE LOAFERS.
I didn’t feel that the shoes I received looked exactly like the photos. My partner noticed a discernible difference between what was marketed and what was received as well. Namely, the ruche is not pronounced as in the photos, to the extent that it doesn’t feel like a feature, which causes the shoe to look like your average penny loafer. Unfortunately, the ruche was the entire reason I chose these shoes. Duke & Daxter informed me that this is because the ruche is hand-stitched, and while that’s a cool detail, I don’t feel that the inconsistency between products is communicated or worth its price. The designs on the sole of the shoe began to wear off after the first wear, and I only wore them for about 2 hours. Additionally, the loafers stain my socks black with each wear and I have owned them now for 1 month.
The fit is very comfortable and I appreciate how flexible the material is. If these loafers were $150 USD, I’d call them excellent. For $350, I’m a bit disappointed with the quality and inconsistency. For that reason, I don’t consider these shoes worth their value.

We wanted to share what we found, in case it's useful for others reading:
The chain design sits on a printed insole, so it will rub with friction as your foot moves inside the shoe. It's a characteristic of a printed insole rather than a fault, and it doesn't affect how the loafer wears.
The Ezras are unlined, so the interior leather sits directly against the foot. With a dark leather, that can transfer onto socks in the first few wears, and it eases off as the pair is broken in.
On the ruching, every pair is made by hand, which means it does vary from pair to pair. We completely understand the disappointment when the pair you receive reads differently to our photography, and it's genuinely helpful feedback for the product team.

Very individual shoes from a customer focused company!
Initially lost in the post they resupplied two pairs of lovely loafers; one a black bit loafer and one Wilde Swallow loafer. Delighted with Chloe and Sophie who I dealt with. Both efficient in their speedy response and resolution.
10/10…would certainly recommend.
