Mangelnde Qualität und schlechter Support
Ich habe mir im November 2025 die Duke & Dexter Loafer Black gekauft. Nach nicht einmal einem Jahr normaler Nutzung fallen die Schuhe auseinander: Erst löste sich die Sohle, jetzt trennt sich das Leder großflächig an der Ferse von der Konstruktion. Für einen Premium-Schuh ist diese Haltbarkeit ein absolutes Armutszeugnis.Der Kundenservice stellt sich komplett quer, deklariert die klaren Materialfehler als „normalen Verschleiß“ und bricht damit britisches Verbraucherrecht. Statt einer Erstattung bietet man mir nur 15 % Rabatt auf einen Neukauf an. Ich werde hier definitiv nie wieder kaufen. Qualität und Support sind eine absolute Katastrophe!
Nachtrag zur Antwort:
Also wenn ihr mit der Qualität euer Produkte so zufrieden seid, dann ist das echt ein Armutszeugnis. Und zu so einem gravierten Fehler nach knapp einem halben Jahr als „normale Abnutzung“ zu bezeichnen spricht nicht gerade für euch. Und was soll ich mit einem 15% Gutschein für die nächste Bestellung, wenn ich wohl kaum dort nochmal bestellen werde.
Leider sehr enttäuschend.

I have been a customer since...
I have been a customer since we discovered the brick and mortar store in Seven Dials, London over 10 years ago. Since day one, I have loved so many of the shoe designs and the way they fit. The shoes are the most comfortable shoes I own, which is why I continually return to them. Not only does the company have a great product, but they have great people working there as well. Every question, concern, purchase, return, etc. has been a pleasure to deal with each individual I have dealt with. They have been prompt in response, friendly, courteous, and a pleasure to do business with. I so appreciate the Duke and Dexter brand, and the people associated with it makes it one of the top companies I LOVE doing business with!!

I had a terrible experience with this company's customer service after my parcel went missing. When I reached out for help, "Chloe" basically told me it’s my own fault for living in a flat.
According to their customer service, if you live in an apartment building, their couriers will just dump your parcel in a communal area or lobby—and if it gets stolen, that's entirely your problem. They explicitly stated that placing an order to a flat means accepting the risk of loss, and they refuse to take responsibility once it enters the building.
Instead of taking accountability for safe delivery, they put the entire burden on the customer. Unless you have a private front door on the ground floor, expect zero help if your order doesn't reach your hands. Very disappointing service—I won't be ordering from them again.

Thanks for the review, and I'm sorry your order didn't reach you.
Some context for anyone reading: we didn't dismiss this. We reviewed the courier's delivery record and photographic evidence, which places the delivery at the customer's own front door, and we stayed in contact throughout rather than closing the case off. We also offered to supply the full delivery record for an independent review by their payment provider - where the evidence is disputed, that's the fairest route for both sides.
There's a route still open here and I'd like to use it. To file a claim with the courier we need two things: a signed declaration of non-receipt, and a crime reference number if you believe the parcel was taken. Those are standard requirements for any carrier claim, not hoops - send them across and I'll open the claim and chase it through for you.
Roxana, that offer stands. Email me and we'll get it moving.

Excellent Customer Service & Products
I ordered a pair of shoes and a t shirt. However they took far too long to arrive. Chloe from from the D+D team, sorted the issue out and explained that they may have been lost in transit, swiftly organising a replacement package which arrived in less than 24 hours from me contacting D+D about it. She also kindly included a wonderful surprise gift as a gesture of goodwill.
Excellent customer service, and high quality, fantastic looking clothes and shoes. Highly recommend.
