Your parcel is being held in a customs review, which is outside our control and unfortunately not something we're notified about automatically. As soon as you got in touch we escalated it with FedEx and asked them to confirm the hold and speed up clearance. We're chasing them daily and will keep you updated as we're already doing the moment we hear anything.
I know that doesn't get the shoes on your feet any faster, and I do apologise for the wait. If FedEx can't clear it, we'll make sure you're looked after either way - just reply to the email thread and we'll sort it.

Bad Shipping Experience
My $85 hat arrived in a plastic bag - flat, squished, and wrinkled. No hat should be shipped in a bag with no protection. Boxes should be used at all times to protect the hat in transit. Customer service refunded me a $15 shipping cost but the hat is still showing wrinkles. Would not recommend for the price spent. Premium products should be treated as such

Thank you for the feedback, and I'm sorry your cap arrived the way it did.
To be transparent about what happened: all our caps are shipped in boxes as standard. Yours went out in a polybag from our old warehouse while we're mid-transition to a new facility. That was a packing error, not our standard practice, and it's been flagged to the warehouse team.
For anyone reading, here's what we offered to put it right:
-We refunded your shipping cost in full as soon as you got in touch.
-We asked for photos of the cap so we could review the condition, and offered you a free replacement with no need to return the original, or a partial refund - whichever you preferred.
We've asked for those photos twice and haven't heard back, so we haven't been able to send the replacement. That offer is still open. If you email us with a couple of photos, we'll get a new cap out to you.
We're a small team and we take packaging seriously - this one slipped through during the warehouse move and we're sorry it was yours.

My Experience
I really loved the branding and was immediately drawn to the Azera loafers, so I decided to purchase a pair. Unfortunately, the fit wasn’t right for me. There was about a finger’s length of space behind my heel, causing my heel to slip out with every step.
I reached out to see if I could exchange them for a smaller size, but exchanges aren’t offered. This caught me off guard, as exchanges are something I’ve generally experienced with other brands and retailers, particularly when simply trying to find the correct size. Having to return the original pair and purchase another instead was frustrating and discouraging, especially when the only issue was the fit.
I was determined to make the shoes work, so I tried adjusting them on my own. I removed the original insoles and replaced them with thicker ones, and I also added heel grips/pads in an attempt to improve the fit. Unfortunately, none of these adjustments resolved the issue.
I also wish I had been made aware beforehand that modifying the shoes, including removing the original insoles, would make the pair ineligible for return. Although these modifications did not damage or otherwise affect the shoes in any meaningful way, knowing this beforehand would have influenced my decision to try those adjustments.
I genuinely love the quality and craftsmanship of the loafers, as well as the overall design and branding. My concerns are not with the quality of the product itself, but primarily with the fit and the process of trying to find a suitable resolution.
It’s disappointing because I really wanted to love these shoes, and I still think the Azera is a beautifully made loafer. Unfortunately, the fit and the experience of trying to resolve the sizing issue left me frustrated and discouraged.

Thanks for the review, and I'm sorry the Ezra's didn't work out for you - I know how frustrating it is when you love a shoe and the fit isn't there.
I'd like to clear up a few points for anyone else reading:
Exchanges aren't available at the moment while we transition warehouses.
Our handling fee applies only to sale items. The Ezra loafer isn't a sale item, so returning it would have cost you nothing - the $20 deduction wouldn't have applied.
On timings, refunds are processed within 10 working days of reaching our warehouse. Store credit is an option too and that's processed the same day as delivery.
We've reached out to you twice since this review but not had a response.
Update: a 25% discount has since been offered for you to place a new order - which is a one off exception and far beyond what we'd usually offer especially in this type of case although you are still not satisfied - that is our final offer and we have closed the case.

Items did not make it in time.
Offered refund on postage.
When replacement requested, items no longer in stock, nothing offered but another refund or store credit. Meanwhile items had increased in price, meaning unknown purchase opportunity and at a further cost to customer if and when.
Eventually items arrive. Confirmation sought and given. No further compensatory discount offered, just an opportunity to feedback.
Therefore: great company, great product quality but with premium prices which do come with expectations.
Do delivery issues happen? Sure. Could the service have been better? Yes. Same confidence in ordering online? No.
5 stars for product averaged with 2 stars for service comes out at 2.5 which is really sad to see but has room for improvement I'm sure.

Thank you Chloe. Unsure that information is also unbiased, but appreciate the feedback.
The nonsale price of the order with shipping would have been 190 for loafers+100 for a belt+12 for shipping= 302£.
You immediately refunded shipping so reduce back to 290£. There was a sale on which further decreased the original amount to 262£. As explained in our exchanges, both your sale had ended and your prices were now further increased, from 190£ to 270£ for the same loafers.
Therefore, with your offer, at any point in the future when stock may have again been available (unknown) the customer will have had to pay an additional unwarranted cost through no fault of their own. I did not ask for money back because as explained I empathised with issues out of your control, but at the end of the day I had to deal with the fallout of not having the items for the target date. What would have been nice, following my confirmation of items eventually arriving would have been an offer of a discount for the trouble, for future orders. This to me seems a common mechanism for such cases but I digress.
Thank you for the "goodwill", I do appreciate it but given the experience the maths just don't math for me.

Thanks for the feedback - though we'd like to correct the record, because the sequence here didn't play out quite as described.
Your parcel was delayed and then appeared to be lost in the DHL network, with their own tracking sending you contradictory delivery dates. We replied to every message you sent the same day you sent it.
We couldn't get a replacement out immediately - we're mid-warehouse transition with stock in transit and we told you that openly rather than promising a date we couldn't hold. What we offered instead was a gift card for £310 against the £261.60 you had paid, or a full refund, whichever you preferred. The gift card was deliberately set above your order value as a goodwill gesture, offered before you'd asked for anything. So "nothing offered but another refund or store credit" isn't an accurate account: there was close to £50 of goodwill attached to it.
You then asked for more than that. We didn't refuse - we asked what figure you had in mind so we could take it to the team, and we were still waiting on your answer when the parcel arrived the next morning: complete, and, as you confirmed to us at the time, all in order. You paid £261.60 and received the full original order. No reorder at today's prices was ever necessary.
The delay was poor and we've raised it with DHL. But at every stage you had a same-day reply and goodwill on the table without having to push for it.
