Absolutely shocking
Absolutely shocking. Same issue over and over with my car, and I finally get a third party who did a report, and the response I get is, "No, we can't help as it's not done by their garage."
Now, don't get me wrong, if it were a local independent, I would understand, but the report from The AA states what's wrong, the codes, and that it needs replacing ASAP.
The email response: "Sorry, but we can't do anything... take your money and forget about you!"
Just to respond, this is the e-mail address Ive been in contact with.

Communication from the team was great at all times and there were providing updates when needed. I was a little pushy with them at times due to the time restrictions and limited delivery options I had and the team , both Shanigh and Lindsey worked with me and delivered the car I wanted and on a date which worked.

Fantastic Service
The process from start to finish was great, Lindsey helped me source a great spec vehicle and we managed to secure and turn this around within a short space of time. Me adding additional pressure due to my current car lease due to end and leaving everything until the last minuet. Shanigh arranged the handover also which all went smoothly and the car was delivered to me first thing in the morning.

Needed to make an amendment to my policy, spoke to Sammy who was very helpful. Gave me an email address for me to send some documents which were dealt with quickly and got an email of confirmation.

Unknown Processing Fees
Vehicle is good, delivery was fine but beware the hidden costs
Problem is they charge you bogus fees later. On two occasions now they have forwarded Parking Fines onto to me, both of which were and are being canceled, but for merely Forwarding the fine late on both occasions(lost the discount) they have sent me an invoice for £30. As this is only 4 months in I realise now that this is a clear strategy to increase the margins on their deal.
Leaves a real sour taste. At this stage I would not do another deal with them. I worry about what else is in store for me when the lease finishes. Are there any honest companies left.
