Poor shipping and internal processes
You know something is wrong when, after the order confirmation, the first email you get is saying delivery may take longer than expected. I am now at over 3 weeks since order and the tracking says it is waiting to be picked up abroad (I am in AUS).
I contacted them to cancel the order a week ago and they said they couldn't cancel it as it has already been fulfilled by the warehouse. But I am more than welcome to return it for a credit. Sounds good, until you read their website and returning for a credit means I have to pay for it to be shipped back (I don't mind that too much) but also they will charge me $30 per unit (I ordered 2) as a restocking fee.
Funny how it has already been fulfilled but a week later the product still has not been shipped???

Ordered through company as promoted as Australian and Australia Post as delivery, only reason I went with them because I did not want to use a courier service like IMile. Long story short with multiple emails to Dripmate, with no help other than its with the courier, I requested a refund and refused so instigated it on my end through the bank on 28.11.25. I received a call from them asking why I was requesting a refund???? HELLO I'm out of pocket $225 but its with the courier.... Then they told me to contact the courier with the details they provided which I replied they don't respond, yeah we have the same problem they said!!!!!!! I have daily chats with Ibot's with instructions on delivery to a business and they still try to deliver out of hours. STAY AWAY

While DripMate™ is Australian-owned, some orders were fulfilled through our international warehouse due to stock levels, which meant courier partners other than Australia Post were used. We should have communicated that more clearly.
We also apologise for the difficulty you’ve had with the courier — we know how frustrating it can be when they don’t follow delivery instructions. We never want a customer to feel unsupported.

Still yet to receive my order
Still yet to receive my order. It definitely does not ship from Australia like they state, I've had multiple tracking numbers from different countries even one that goes to a Chinese website so you can't even read it.
I doubt I'll ever get my package, feels like a scam website.
Don't believe there 2-8 days delivery, will take weeks or months if your lucky.

SCAM **** BEWARE *** Not Aussie
I am pretty certain this company is a scam. They say they are in Australia, but they appear to be in Columbia, you order and then you just get delayed messages and credits on your account to spend more money. Dont do it, people, you will not see your product. They are still promoting 5 to 11 day updates but they have not been able to send goods in over 4 weeks.
