This product is a scam - I have spent so much time trying to get my money back from them getting false promises all the time that my money would be returned due to them not delivering me the product. I would spread the word as much as possible to not trust these guys - TOTAL SCAM!!

This product is appalling and that’s not even as bad as the company’s customer services.
The product doesn’t measure correctly and is about as accurate as Stevie Wonder firing a rifle 1 mile away from the target.
Customer services is a joke and they just tell you to try stupid things in an attempt to make it sound like your product is an anomaly - it’s not - it’s the norm.
Now when we’ve asked to return for full refund based on distant selling laws - they’ve disappeared and won’t respond to emails.
Luckily this was purchased via Barclaycard - we we can claim against that.
AVOID THIS COMPANY AND UBER SHITE PRODUCT!!!

If the unit isn’t measuring correctly, that’s not something we dismiss — and we certainly don’t intend to make customers feel like the issue is being brushed off. The troubleshooting steps are meant to rule out common setup causes, but if the product is genuinely faulty, we will address it properly.

Did not recieve product ordered instead of a whisky dispenser they supply a wine dispenser saying its exact same thing but as a present to someone who does not drink wine they did not approve of the gift which also took over 6 weeks to arrive.

To clarify, the dispenser is the same product and works for all spirits, including whisky; however, we acknowledge that the presentation and the long delivery time did not meet expectations. That’s on us, and we’re sorry.

Claim they are an Australian business and ship LOCALLY, they in fact do not ship locally, they ship from China and it takes over a month. Waste of time and money. Couldn’t even give it as a Christmas present as intended which really pissed me off.

Bit of a let down…
Took over a month to be delivered (which can be understood with Christmas) When I opened the box and took one look at the straw I could not see how it would possible dispense a full bottle of wine or even spirits… yeah it doesn’t.
Opened second one as I purchased 2, the dispensing straw on the second one does infact reach the bottom of the bottle so it will dispense a full bottle in the selected pour amount. Tye straw one the first one is faulty

This company gets ZERO STARS. I had to give 1 star to write review.
I have been dealing with this company since trying to cancel & receive refund from 9 November 2025 to present day. It took 28 days to receive goods not 8 days. They then tried to blame courier company who responded with photos of delivery.
There have been numerous emails between DripMate customer service including 1 from CEO Rocco & last heard from Dino the General Manager 3/01/2026 who advised he’d stepped in due to how this whole refund situation has panned out. Torally deplorable this joke of a company is when it comes to receiving a FULL REFUND as my mental health has suffered immensely & this company has caused so much harm to me. I WANT MY MONEY REFUNDED BACK INTO MY CREDIT CARD FOR ORDERS #’s 5392 & 5398 totalling $802.14
I am currently submitting a report to the Dept Fair Trading Ombudsman as this company should not be allowed to continue running.

Don't do it! I ordered this for a Christmas present as I like supporting AU companies, received the tracking which led to a broken link. I then looked at the reviews and realised I should have done that first! Also not AU based - they source from China (so if you want one just get from eBay). I lodged a refund (which I actually got) however just received an email saying my item was delivered (never received!) and I need to either pay for it or arrange to return it - they also said not to scam them. Bit rich considering that's their business model!

If I could give this minus stars I would. My daughter saved her money to buy this for her dad for Xmas. What arrived was nothing like what was advertised on the website. Instead we received some cheap generic rubbish from china in a shitty looking box. Talk about misrepresenting a product. Every consumer deserves to have the product they ordered arrive. I will be taking this further and reporting to appropriate authorities in the hopes that this company will be shut down. This is truly disappointing and I see many others have been caught out too.

If I could give this review 0 I would. Purchased this product as a present thinking it would be as advertised. After waiting 6 weeks product was received shipped straight from China in chinese packaging, Chinese box with incorrect english on it and everything. Have tried to contact the business multiple times for a refund and have been fobbed off in the last 4 responses. Save yourself the money and just order one straight from Temu for $10 if you want one.

If I could give them a minus star rating I would. Ordered on 4th December, website said Australian company with deliveries in 3 to 5 days, and I am still waiting for my order.
I have asked for my money back on numerous occasions only to be told no it is on it's way. I have a email saying it would be delivered 2 days before Christmas yet it is now the 5th of Jan and I am still waiting.

I placed my order in November 2025. I received a confirmation email shortly after confirming the delivery was “about to be shipped”….. still waiting! I sent a follow up email on 28 December to their support email and got the following response:
Good evening, and thank you for your message.
I can confirm that we are actively monitoring your order. Unfortunately, the original parcel was unable to be delivered due to an issue within Australia Post’s network, and as a precaution we have already arranged a replacement shipment for you through one of our approved DripMate™ fulfilment partners to avoid any further delay.
Please don’t worry — we have also lodged a formal complaint with Australia Post, and there is an open investigation ticket in place for the original shipment.
Your replacement order is now being tracked, and we’ll continue monitoring it closely until delivery is completed. We’ll keep you updated and are here to assist if you have any questions in the meantime.

Satisfied with my dispensers.
Like others, ordered 2 units late November 2025 but did receive just before Xmas. Tracking system was a bit dodgy but arrived on time.
Have used them and overall very satisfied. Quite easy to set up for my Bundy bottle and setting the volume to dispense is simple. Like the USB recharging and battery level indicator in the display.
Overall I'm happy with them.

Not a scam, but not as shown on their website
Product ships from China. THIS IS NOT AN AUSTRALIAN COMPANY. Provided with bogus tracking information and the product never arrived will be contacting my credit card company for a refund.

Edited to add that Dripmate have contacted me with assurances that the tracking showing it coming from China is a known Australia Post issue and they aren't lying, honest!
Second edit - finally arrived and they are a generc product that is available on Ali Express around 25% cheaper. Not the beautifully branded presentation box that is shown on their website. A shame I can't upload photos. Maybe not a scam, but definitely misrepresented on their webite.
