Rubbish product
Rubbish product. Poor instructions and difficult to understand. Says it’s an Australian product but it’s from China. I bought as a Christmas gift but it will go in the rubbish bin. Easier to just pour from the bottle into a glass.

After a lengthy wait for the product to…
After a lengthy wait for the product to arrive - 6 weeks (which if it was a pre order item I would have accepted this timeframe as satisfactory) the product arrived in good condition. The product itself is good - not a snug fit to the top of the bottle but as to be expected. The mechanism itself is good to use - don’t know about the AI generated as claimed but wasn’t the reason for purchasing so no issue there.
There are a few issues in general which may have lead to customer concern such as no Australian abn exists, nor trademark or patent as claimed by the business.
Can confirm this isn’t a scam however, despite the lengthy wait and the other questionable issues. The product itself is good however expensive compared to others

Don’t trust this company, paid for my item on 01/12 was sent bogus shipping confirmation to say it was on its way then got an email to say it didn’t ship and wasn’t even in the country yet but promised it would arrive in time for Christmas. Really wish that I had read reviews before ordering from Dripmate. I ordered a Christmas gift from them in November, it’s now the 26th December and the Christmas gift is yet to arrive. When trying to track my order it was coming from Bangkok….this is supposed to be an Australian owned and operated company. What a huge disappointment as I thought I was supposed an Australian company.
Nothing but excuses from their “support” .
My advise, do not even think about ordering from this unreliable company who CLAIM to be Australian owned and operated.
Avoid them completely.

Rubbish after sale service and Zero accountability
Ordered 29/11/25 and still haven’t seen it, and frankly from the other reviews not even sure I want it.
Can provide no evidence it’s even been sent.
Update on experience as a whole.
Took nearly 11 days (8 business days) to dispatch the order after purchase.
I asked numerous times for a tracking number and was told there wasn’t one.
I was then sent a JS tracking number after the item was delivered, which would have solved most of the issue!
Multiple fake updates on the tracking function on their website about local delivery, when AusPost’s tracking said it hadn’t been received by sender, then they needed to raise a formal complaint with AusPost to find the item because it got lost in a sorting centre (website still claimed “out for delivery with local courier”.
The entire time I dealt with them they refused to even acknowledge any sort of fault in the dispatch delay and that they couldn’t give me a tracking number until AusPost had it and that it was all AusPost’s fault.
Claimed in an email that they were being pro-active about my order but things only ever changed or progressed after I sent another email asking for any updates or a refund.
The worst after sale customer service I’ve ever experienced.

Trustpilot reviews say it is not good. When conducting a search if Dripmate is legit using AI.... Guess what, it says no good. I haven't received my product yet.... = No good
A second order my wife made has not yet been delivered.... Again, no good.

Reply - order arrived 03 Jan 2026 well after Christmas. This was despite multiple emails before Christmas stating "still arriving before Christmas". Product appears like a $10 Temu product rebadged and sold for a much higher price (I paid $80 for the one device). The device is a 'smart wine dispenser' which you can google and find the product cheaper. Don't be fooled. Additionally, No contact since to offer a proper apology or even a partial refund or discount. If you are ordering this overpriced poor quality product for Christmas this year, then Order now or it may not arrive in time.
Reply 17 March 2026 - contacted by the company with an offer of resolving the issue. Hopefully genuine and not an effort to having the review removed. A few questions were asked around did I receive the order, product quality, etc... I have already noted the answers in this review so wasn't quite sure why they asked again. I declined the offer due to having invested enough time already in this occurrence. I genuinely felt embarrassed that I was scammed at the time by a Facebook ad. So if they were truly trying to rectify the issue, then good on them (but I am sceptical). Order from them at your own peril. Oh, and apparently the employee who didn't raise my complaint with management is 'no longer with the company' ....hmmm 🤔

Just received my Dripmate. I ordered it on the 1st December and received it on 21 December.
I was sceptical just like all of these 1 star reviews but I think the issue is the last mile carriers they use. You get little information and you can’t talk to a REAL person. Contact with Dripmate themselves was actually pretty good.
4 star given as the experience with the company was pretty good but their choice of last mile carrier is clearly letting them down.

Total scam, I placed an order for one back on the 2/12/25 and have had no contact or when I call the mobile number it goes to message bank and the email just bounces back. I have contacted Afterpay as well to let them know this is a scam. DONT BUY THIS PRODUCT.

SCAM! Used Afterpay and because they respond with fake tracking numbers and emails, the complaint is not taken seriously. Stated it would arrive in 4-8 days from Australia. Tracking was coming from China. After numerous complaints, the tracking now shows Brisbane, but now tracking is not showing. The said it would arrive a week ago, it didn’t. AVOID PURCHASING FROM THIS COMPANY!

I wish I had read all the reviews before ordering. Only wanted to order 2 but website was playing up during ordering and ended up ordering 3. Emailed immediately to try and cancel one of the orders - got no response. My order was made mid November and still no sign of getting the goods. Apparently this 'Australian' company is not as it seems - goods come from China although when is a very big question (would imagine it won't be in time for Christmas)!! Would advise not to order from this company
