Would not recommend buying this product
Two weeks since DripMate's reply and this has still not been resolved.
My emails have again been ignored.
I purchased this product back in November 2025 with a lifetime warranty. It took a lot longer to arrive than advised on the website.
Once received, and after charging, it did not work.
I contacted the company and they initially responded promptly suggesting to charge it continuously for 5 hours.
When that didn't work they said to continue charging for an additional 2-3 hours.
When that didn't work, they offered to send out a replacement, which I accepted.
We are now in March 2026 and I am still waiting.
They no longer respond to my requests for an ETA.

Hi Jason,
Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we’re very sorry to hear about your experience.
This certainly isn’t the level of service we aim to provide. It appears there may have been a breakdown in communication during the replacement process, and we sincerely apologise for the delay and frustration this has caused.
Our team has now reached out to you privately so we can resolve this as quickly as possible and arrange for your replacement DripMate to be sent out. We want to make sure you receive a fully working product and that you’re completely satisfied with your purchase.
Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us, and we’re committed to making this right.
Please check your messages so we can finalise this for you.
Kind regards,
DripMate Support Team

The ordering process was smooth, delivery was well-tracked, and the packaging was secure. What really stood out to me was their customer support — very responsive, friendly, and genuinely helpful before and after the purchase.
Overall, DripMate delivers exactly what they promise: reliability, style, and a better at-home drinking experience. Highly recommend!
