Hi Samantha,
I’m really sorry to hear about your experience — especially with the delay and lack of response. That’s not the level of service we aim to provide.
I’ve just looked into this, and it appears your order was stuck in a “out for delivery” status due to an issue with the carrier. We’re currently escalating this directly with our logistics partner to get a clear resolution as quickly as possible.
I’ve also arranged for our team to reach out to you directly via email so we can get this fully sorted for you without any further delays.
We genuinely appreciate you bringing this to our attention, and we’re committed to making this right.

SCAM!!!!!
SCAM!!!!!
My wife ordered this item for me as a Christmas gift, and we are now in mid-March 2026 with nothing delivered. Despite multiple messages, we were repeatedly told the item was “on its way,” yet it has still not arrived.
Now, our messages are being completely ignored with no response at all. This level of service is unacceptable and highly concerning.
If this matter is not resolved immediately, we will be taking it further, including lodging a complaint with the ACCC.
We expect an urgent update or a full refund.

SCAM! Fake 5 star reviews
Look at these fake 5 star reviews, just like their page, all fake reviews. This is a scam so please listen to all the negative reviews as these are legitimate. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. I was fortunate enough I got my money back from my bank…

Hi Jane,
Thanks for your feedback — we’ve looked into this on our end.
Based on our system records, your order was never shipped and was automatically refunded on December 16th. This was triggered by our payment security system due to a mismatch between the billing details and shipping address, which flagged the transaction as potentially fraudulent.
We completely understand how this may have caused confusion, and we sincerely apologise for the experience.
We’d really like to resolve this for you — if you’re still interested in the product, feel free to reach out to us directly and we’ll make sure everything is handled smoothly for you this time.
Appreciate your understanding, and we’re here to help.
